We went in and ordered 3 footlong sandwiches. Two of them were a total rip off and hardly had any food scooped in them. It felt like i was just eating bread. This sandwich is just disappointing. Normally I get better portions but this is starting to get annoying.

The young lady behind the counter was an absolutely unfavorable persona... 3 people in line all young kids/men.... She scolded the other staff member while huffing and puffing past him then myself as I picked up the order #1.. #2 order for sandwich in bag ✅, salad order in bagged and lid not even on just laid on the bowl.. nearly spilled it... It needed bagged with the rest of the I was picking it up order... Perhaps it was because I didn't tip.. I dunno... But this is not the first evening order placed that has had poor preparation and such... Busy store too you'd think management could get it better... I will not order from here again until I can measure and see the improvement... Too many folks looking for work to have this level of poor performance...

I called to tell them they got my sandwich wrong and got hung up on and now they don’t want to answer. I was not rude but simply getting my order #. I tried to call back and now they don’t want to answer. It’s this generation, they don’t want to listen and disrespectful. Smh!

I am getting so fed up with this restaurant. I occasionally need to order a sandwich from this establishment because of the close proximity to my job, but I truly have never been happy with what I get. Sometimes it warrants an actual refund from the store which I have to walk back to during my lunch break. Today I ordered a toasted sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich with extra sweet onion sauce. I select "extra sauce" just in hopes I may get just a little at all. But nope, still absolutely no sauce on my sandwich. So I walked back and asked for a cup of sauce. He looked at me like i just asked him to hand over his first born, mouth hanging open and everything. It was cold and gelatinous and I had to try to blob it on my sandwich. Also the sandwich was not toasted, it was ice cold, the chicken is ice cold, the bread is so dry and crumbly it just completely fell apart while eating, which is pretty normal for this place. The employees need to go back to sandwich making school because why is it every time I pull my sandwich out of the bag, and open the paper, the toppings are completely fallen out, sandwich is a mess, and I actually have to spend time putting it together before picking it up to eat? One time is was so completely deconstructed I walked it straight back and gave it back to them. I can't do anything with what is essentially a pile of salad wrapped in paper. I truly wish I could say I have the luxury of never eating from here again, but sometimes I don't get to bring a home lunch to work, and the only other choice is a pizza place, and the cheese and red sauce just upsets my tummy too much. It would be nice if I could just spend my money at a subway and get what I ordered. Subway used to be so yummy when I was growing up, at least that's how I remember it. The sweet onion teriyaki has been around for a really long time and it's been a family favorite since it came out 22 years ago. But subway has gone downhill just like everything else unfortunately. At least it is keeping up with the trend. And that is not a compliment.

Subway is subway, i have never been bombarded with such rudeness and disrespect. Customer service is not hard, couple of the girls here are so utterly, undeniably, awfully rude. She was rolling her eyes at me and I just feel disrespected :( Turned my day upside down on a real note ?

The girls are literally complaining to other customers about a customer who bought 5 sandwiches because God forbid he has children with him and he is feeding them! These young people need to learn some professionalism.Also have had my sandwich taken at this location before i can pick it up so I had to wait for it to be made again!

Best subway hands down, only location I’ve NEVER seen an empty cookies case nor have I ever had poor service. Even when they have online and Doordash orders they take care of the customer unlike any other location I’ve experienced

I know the workers are young and it’s Sunday at 3 pm, but no meatballs ready (sub of the day kids), out of green peppers and black olives (too lazy to prep). They just couldn’t care less. Store not busy, just the bare minimum from These kids.

I’m not one to make a fuss but I thought I’d give a warning to others. They got the bread wrong. Veggie were wilted. Bread was stale. No ranch. Ended up throwing out both sandwiches and the manager/field consultant Brenda Reardon can only give an apology. Asked if there was at least a voucher for compensation and got the same reply. An apology in the exact same words. Not going there again! Lol
