Let me start by saying the service was great, really nice people and very homey. So A+ to that, what I would like to see changed is the guantity of food that is give. I have been going to subway for more years then I can count. I have never looked at my sandwich and saw it so small, nor have I ever asked for a sauce on the side and was give what looks like a sampler. The quarter of the container. ( Look at picture of the sandwich you can barely see the lettuce) I maybe believe this review should take more stars than just 1 for the great guilty service they provided but I want it to get attention. As a business owner, I would like to be told what my business is doing wrong and how I can approve. Hope this improves and the business grows, because for me I will not be returning. God bless.

Smooth Operator

On Thursday October 19th, I ordered a footlong wheat rotisserie chicken from this location and I got salmonella food poisoning! ? I suffered nausea, vomiting, fever, rapid heart beat, diarrhea, abdominal pain and I'm still recovering! Thanks a lot Subway!! ??

Please, inform your staff to inspect the ingredients carefully before adding them to the line. Bell peppers had mold. However, the staff were nice.

Super disappointed with service. Also found a long strand of hair in our sub when I got home. The owner was the only employee there not wearing a hairnet or hat.

this place has gross food, rude employees and is filthy dirty. saw buy one get one half off so went in to try. was told it was only for online orders, which is fine. there were only a few people inside, but employees acted like they were upset you wanted to order a sandwich, and put certain fixings on it. there were no customers behind us. bacon was undercooked, and bread was hard. employee walked away muttering when I chose not to tip. sorry, but you have to really work hard to get no tip, but you managed! you should be happy you won't need to make any more sandwiches for us, since we won't be back again.

Be aware guysIf you’re in hurry, do not go here. Unless if you have a pickup order ahead.I was here last month and today, I guess this subway owned by some Indian lady and she’s always on her phone and she doesn’t care about customers. Last time I waited 5 -10 min to get my order started and funny thing is she was on her phone again. Every movement of her is very slow. And I was really disappointed about her service. And I would never go back to this subway ever again. Wasted my break time.

Respectfully, I'm extremely concerned with the fact some of the staff here don't know what an allergy is. I communicated a dairy allergy after the cut my husbands sandwich that had cheese. He asked them nicely to clean or use a new knife because I'm allergic to dairy, not some lactose intolerance but a serious allergy. They seemed very confused as to what was being asked, he tried to explain it until she understood. They rinsed it off then cut my sandwich. This does not guarantee no contamination. They then asked if I just don't like cheese that much. I felt like a dear in headlights when they asked and made the realization they have no idea what we meant by allergy. I told them, no it will make me extremely sick if I consume it. They were nice otherwise, I'm just very concerned that they don't know what an allergy is. Idk how the training is here but where I worked, in food service, we had to answer questions in regards to food allergies. Most companies are huge on this. Manager... please teach your staff what food allergies are before they cause serious damage to someone on accident.
