Worst customer service ever!!!! Had placed an order for a platter on Friday for pickup on Saturday - went to go pick it up and was told that they didn’t have an order. Now all the employee had to do was make the sandwiches and it would have been fine - no big deal but she kept trying to imply that we didn’t place the order until another employee came in and confirmed we had placed the order on Friday. She told us it was a new employee and that’s why it wasn’t done. When I asked this lazy employee to just make it now she said no - the policy is the platter order has to be placed 24 hours before - I reminded her it had been and it was their error not mine. She said she couldn’t make it because they closed in half an hour. I asked if I just came in and ordered 5 sandwich’s would she not make them??? I’m am disgusted with the quality of customer service -I’m all for understanding there was a mistake with the order but since it is their mistake the logical solution would be to correct THEIR error and make the platter!!!!! I will never go to this subway again!!! Ended up leaving and getting Jersey Mikes sandwiches instead!!!

Never had worse service at any other location. The employees were rude and completely incompetent. They also have special rules and don’t accept most coupons and institute exceptions to their standard coupons. Other customers in line also agreed the service and policies at this location are terrible!! Worth it to drive another mile or two to a different location.

Literally the WORST experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Two of the crankiest employees took my party of 10's order. They had ZERO patience. Were yelling at my kids to hurry and blurt out their order. Did not want to be bothered to give us a fork, napkin or water cup. I have never seen anything like this. I wish I had their names. But I will never go back to this location again!!!! I spent $50 and had $45 in gift card we were trying to use from the app and the old lady was yelling at us to hurry and pay we couldn't even use them.

The service here on 10/8/23 at 6:30 pm was the absolute worst. The two girls that are behind the counter made my friend and I feel like we were wasting their time, meanwhile we were the only customers they had inside the building other than a family that had already been helped and was sitting at the table eating. They were not kind and gave us attitude the entire time.

I can’t even explain how disappointed I am, I ordered 3 foot long sandwiches yesterday online during my lunch break when I got to work the sandwiches each had maybe 4 pieces of chicken each if that, and on top of that they didn’t even try to mask it with the veggies they were just as stingy with that. It sucks because subway has always been my favorite restaurant but I can’t say that’s true anymore. my coworker told me to order firehouse subs next time I think I might have to. Do not come here!! Save yourself and your money!!!! I would put zero stars if I could

Sandwiches are terrible typically and their website is idiotic. Why can't I see the ingredients for a sandwich while they are closed to notify somebody what I want tomorrow? I don't know and I guarantee they don't either. Terrible website for a company that makes too much to be this much of a P.I.T.A. Glad I did all this for a soggy sandwich

Sandwich a week ago 8 bucks. Today 12 dollars. This used to be on the 5.00 footlong menu. Now you are trying to charge 12? HA! ??? Never again will I order from here.
