This location and their app is garbage. I clearly placed an order online on the SUBWAY app. It was prepared and ready. Checked the address and everything. Walk in, nope, we don't have it. We'll here it shows I paid for it for your location, it's not picked up its ready. Nope we don't have the order. Subway is trash. Said he could do nothing even though I paid and had proof in the app. Now I remmember why I stopped coming here. I hope they close Subway and make room for something better.

Ordered online while parked to make it easy and avoid the usual 3-5 min wait, and it said it would take 16 minutes, so I waited, continuing to refresh in case it got done early. Finally went inside at the time promised and the order was incomplete, missing the cheese that is shown on the menu with the pretzel (glad I checked). Once I got the items that were missing, I went back to my vehicle to enjoy, and found that the “warm pretzel” was already cool and firm, and the cheese was very cold - as if the cup had been pre-filled and then refrigerated. Gross! Who wants cold clumpy cheese on a stale pretzel?

When I asked about it, the person working argued that this is how all the Subway’s do it, and said “it’s not even possible to warm the cheese” (even though I have even been to a Subway location where they put the nacho cheese in the public area and the customer pours it themselves. I have ordered this pretzel at least 15 times in other locations and have always gotten hot cheese included with the pretzel). Quite disappointing.

Go to any location other than this one. They mess up every order and it looks like a wolverine made it. You will have better service at any other location.

We came here at 7 pm to get my daughter a sandwich. The sign says they close at 8 am. The place was completely closed up one hour before the sign on the door. I get it it’s probably some young kid wanting to go home on a slow Sunday evening but you have no idea the day i had and all my daughter wanted was subway!

The food quality is extremely questionable. Why are all the cucumbers the color of yellow mustard? The lettuce is brown, the bread was really dry, the cookies were not soft at all. Is the toaster working?? My sub was not very warm & my cheese wasn’t melted at all. The young lady with blonde hair seemed to dislike her job. I think she just began working there because the young lady with brown hair, working with her was explaining the amount of cheese to put on a sub. Overall, I feel like customer service was a 3/10. Food was a 1/10. I am really hoping I do not get food poisoning.

The blonde girl with the glasses messed up my sandwich big time apparently deciphering between banana peppers and green peppers is too hard for her. Also her attitude was terrible seemed like she hated her life and her job.Refer to the photo you can’t even see the meat because there’s barely any. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

I had an appt. in the area, so I decided to stop by this Subway to grab a sandwich. The restaurant was very clean, and the service was good and quick. RJ, the manager, was the only one working but still took the time to greet me when I came in. He was welcoming, friendly, and made a beautiful sandwich. He took the time to put all of the ingredients on nicely instead of just slapping them on. His professionalism and pride in his job were quite evident. This is not the closest location to my house, but I will definitely be making the trip to this Subway again.

These employees don’t even know how to make the sandwiches on their own menu. I order the deluxe half pound beef and double cheese sandwich, and I still have to tell them every ingredient to put on it. I had to tell him to add extra cheese myself. I didn’t realize until I got home that there was barely any meat. So I just paid 15 bucks for a deluxe sandwich that has so little meat I can’t even taste it. This kinda stuff has happened multiple times at this store. If they can’t even make their own advertised subs, I’m done giving them my money. What a disappointment almost every time I go there.
