This is a really nice, clean, well run Subway on the NW corner of Guadalupe and McQueen. Service by Manager Brandon was excellent and he has great communication skills. I had the Italian "Suprememeats" which is huge and delicious. Highly recommended Subway.

I been coming here for a while and I noticed that it was looking better but the customer service on Friday from this girl she didn't seem to care about making my food she was some brown haired girl gave me attitude for having questions about the new sandwiches sorry I dont work here. I thought this place was coming around guess not. I really like this Brandon guy he always trying to have a conversation with me.

I paid $15 for a wrap and a bottle of water. There were about 3 slices of roast beef and one slice of cheese. So mostly wrap with no substance. This is the 3rd time I've gone there and not been happy. If it was $6 I could be on board but 3 strikes and I'm out.

Mondo’s customer service was 10/10. All the years I’ve been eating here I haven’t been excited to eat a sub like the way I was today. And yes! It was delicious! Found my new go to sub!

I met Brandon today and although our interaction was brief, it made my day. Genuinely cared for his job and customers as well. I was in a hurry and he got me out very quickly. It’s employees like him that will keep me coming back. Give that man a raise!!!!

This place used to be cool and great customer service but lately it has been rough.. the management must have changed because there are all new people now, they show no interest in being there, customers waiting while they are texting . This my second time giving them a chance but it's done. I am not coming here anymore. Been coming here for the last 9 yrs . Done. Goodbye . Unless it gets back to what it used to be.

I had an excellent experience!! There was a line of 5 people, and Brandon got them all done by himself in the blink of an eye while being friendly and welcoming. And the sandwiches he made looked better than the advertisements. But it gets better, after I ordered my sandwich and was going to pay for it, my card declined and I had no other way to pay. Without hesitation, Brandon pulled out his credit card and paid for my sandwich. I told him I would be back with cash and he told me not to worry about it. I have never been more touched by a restaurant employee. Can’t wait to comeback here!

This subway is the cleanest subway I’ve ever been to. The manager Stacey is so great and has the best customer service . She is the reason people go there daily .
