I have been to Sushi Brokers in Gilbert and Phoenix plenty of times but this visit was really disappointing. The gyoza tasted old the roll was oddly warm and fishy and the server never checked in even though we barely ate anything. The chili garlic edamame was the only decent part so I do not think I will be coming back anytime soon.

Always a favorite place to grab a bite with family and friends when in downtown Gilbert. Highly recommend going during happy hour. Same high quality food for a great value price. Especially for those who love their sushi rolls.
Highly recommend the Chimichanga Roll - Spicy crab mix, avocado and crab stick, tempura battered and topped with sriracha, spicy mayo, eel sauce and scallions.

Hands down the best sushi in Arizona! Everything was super fresh and flavorful. You can tell the chefs really care about quality and presentation. The place has great energy, amazing service, and beautiful vibes. Definitely my new favorite spot in Gilbert!

Walked in, waited awhile to be greeted… first impression is a big deal and it lacked. Service wasn’t attentive, food was mediocre. The place wasn’t busy at all and $18 for one sushi roll? Are they out of their minds?! That’s just absolutely absurd. Plus extra charges for some eel sauce.. never had a sushi place do that before. Food wasn’t all that great either. Disappointed.

We were in the area and picked Sushi Brokers for lunch.
Our waiter, I believe his name was Jake, was wonderful. He was very sweet and friendly. We took his recommendations for some rolls and they were uh-mazing! My husband loved the chimichanga roll and I loved the surfer.
We left so full and satisfied!

Food was top notch, as usual - wife always loves the Surfer Roll (subs the tuna with shrimp tempura to avoid the raw), kids sushi meal is pretty good (one roll, one nigiri), sushi pizza (only need a half) is super filling and unique, salmon teriyaki on point.

Restaurantji Recommends
Having been a sushi enthusiast for over two decades, and therefore, perhaps a bit discerning, I was brought to this restaurant by a coworker. We sampled a variety of rolls, but regrettably, none of them particularly impressed me, although they were certainly satisfactory. The service was adequate, albeit somewhat slow, especially considering the restaurant was not crowded and only one person was working. Despite the somewhat stuffy atmosphere, the visual presentation was quite appealing. The lighting was dim, but it was effective.

Amazing Service and Colton was very friendly and attentive. 10/10 would go again.
The plates were either dirty or had black mold. I got sick from eating here.
