Sushi Brokers in Gilbert is absolutely phenomenal and easily one of the best sushi spots in the East Valley. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, and the staff is attentive, friendly, and genuinely passionate about what they do.

Love this place always a good experience. Even if some in your party aren’t sushi lovers there’s other choices like chicken teriyaki meal that are great. Good happy hour specials.

I have been to Sushi Brokers in Gilbert and Phoenix plenty of times but this visit was really disappointing. The gyoza tasted old the roll was oddly warm and fishy and the server never checked in even though we barely ate anything. The chili garlic edamame was the only decent part so I do not think I will be coming back anytime soon.
