The two girls behind the counter were the NICEST people. It was also rather busy as a cars and coffee was happening outside, and they were clearly overwhelmed to no fault of their own. My issues lie within the fact that every person before me who ordered a bunch of different drinks were having to have them remake them. I received my drink, a dirty chai, and it just tastes like water with a hint of coffee. I really wanted to like it based off of the cute vibes, but that drink was rather horrible for premium prices for none the less.

Love this place! I drink coffee like water and Sweetz Cold Brew is the only place where the caffeine gets me going. The drinks taste great, the atmosphere is wonderful, love all of the merchandise, and the customer service is on point. Not to mention, the owner, Emily is the sweetest ever! This business is phenomenal at supporting local and we love to support them in return!

TLDR: Baristas don't make drinks in order, so you might be waiting a LONG time while people who came in after you receive their drinks in no time.I'd been here a couple times before but had never been too impressed - the atmosphere is nice, but the drinks are just okay and overpriced. After today, I definitely won't be back. I stopped in while visiting the Cars and Coffee event in the same parking lot, so it was understandably busy. I was expecting it to take longer and have no problem with a legitimate wait time. I was not expecting the baristas to pick and choose which drinks got made and which sat forgotten on the counter. I could see my cup lined up on the counter since they wrote my name on it, so I had the pleasure of watching the baristas repeatedly move other cups in front of mine, and watching people who came into the store after I'd already ordered leave with their drink while my cup still sat on the counter untouched. I was waiting about 45 minutes total (including ordering), which is crazy for a single drink. If they'd made the drinks in order, it would have shaved a third of the wait time (and still have been a long wait, but understandable). The barista didn't offer any sort of explanation when she finally called my drink, so I assume there wasn't a legitimate reason why my drink was delayed. I don't know what mysterious factor decided whose drinks got ignored, but it wasn't just me. My sister experienced the same problem (and her drink came out well before mine despite ordering right before me).The drink was as expected, perfectly acceptable but nothing to write home about, and not really worth the price. I will say the cashier was great - friendly and ready to recommend a substitute when they were out of the drink I ordered. The car show was great, too. I'll definitely be back at the next Gilbert Cars and Coffee, and fortunately, there are some great coffee shops on the way since the one at the location isn't up to par. I would recommend against trying this place, unless you have a lot of time and money to spare. And if you do, don't tip before you see what kind of service you get, because you might end up regretting it.

Unsurprisingly, there was a line, which I did not mind waiting in at all. I'm glad so many people came out for the cars n coffee. What I did mind was that the baristas did not make drinks in order. This would not be as big an issue if they were making quick/easy drinks first; however, I ordered a latte with regular milk and no syrups, so it should've been easier to make than others.I watched as customers who had ordered after me (even customers who entered the store after I had ordered) got their drinks as I was left waiting. I got my drink close to half an hour after ordering. Again, I would not have minded waiting the 15-20min for my drink to come out had they made the drinks in order, but it is absurd that they don't follow a first-in-first-out rule.The baristas were lovely, very polite and friendly; however, I don't see myself coming back here again. I will purchase my coffee at Sagebrush, Top Fuel, or even Starbucks before attending the cars n coffee next time.

Ordered Monday, fresh roasted for pickup on Thursday, brewed our first pot this morning...Mind Blown! Haven't had a coffee this good since the Monteverde Rain Forest in Costa Rica. Can't believe the Starbucks across the street isn't out of business, cuz anyone who loves great coffee would be here! Thank you Sweetz, doing it right.

The cashier was nice, the entire interior design is beautiful, and their menu layout is great. What's not so great was my drink. They didn't have whole milk so I chose skim. I don't know what it is but it must've been the choice milk, cause I was not able to finish my drink. Overall, it's ok.

Seems gimmicky. I love black ice coffee and nitro. However for a place that's named ice coffee, it's just okay. Black Nitro cold brew had ice cubes in it. Why bother have nitro and ruin with ice.

Yesterday was my first time in. Staff was incredibly nice and helped me choose my order. It did not disappoint, soooo good! I appreciated them informing me their flavoring is half sweet, but if I wanted sweeter they would gladly do so. It was perfect as is!!!
