These girls knocked it out of the park 2 days in a row!! We are used to Swig in Utah and they don't always get our orders right, but we had no mess-ups with our order at this location!! Everybody was incredibly friendly, especially considering the heat!

I ordered two drinks this morning dirty dr pepper and Lifeās a peach, and Dirty Dr Pepper only tasted like Dr Pepper which is supposed to have a coconut flavoring. Lifeās a peach also only tasted like Dr Pepper, no vanilla or peach flavoring.

First complaint is that order taker said they had cream cheese for pretzels and than once I got to window they said they didnāt . Tried to swap for chocolate chip cookies and the workers were going back and forth if they could swap or not! Like hello I could listen to what youāre saying lol. Itās not like they ALSO forgot one of my drinks and I had to go back and waste gas and load up my kids once again in my car. The least they could have done is swap without hesitation since they had already messed up on my order. Unfortunately, I didnāt hear a SINGLE apology. Husband, Brad, and I really love swig but this place ruined the experience and will no longer come back.
We go here 2 to 3 times a week, I pick up on my way home from work. The kids that work there always seem like disgruntled teens forced to get a job, no real customer service but whatever you're getting a drink from them. Well I ordered a riptide and they gave me a pink Bahama which is all fine and dandy, I live about 6 miles from the location and realize when I get home and I take a big sip and realize there's peach flavor in there. I'm allergic to peaches. I get back in my car because I can't get any one on the phone to see if I can maybe get a credit for next time. I get to the store and without even listening to me tell them that I have a food allergy to a food they put in my drink because they gave me the wrong order they snatch the wrong drink from my hand, no apology and make a sorry excuse of a riptide drink for me. And give me a half assed apology. Like hello gas cost money people so does my time here I am thinking I'm off work and get to kick back and get in my pool but no I have to drive 6 miles back to get a correct drink order and take antihistamines instead.

never will come here again. Came in at 9:25 and still havenāt got our drinks.. 3 girls in the building are drinking the drinks and taking their time to take orders. The lobby was closed at 9:30 and at 10 they turned away over 5 cars because it was ā10ā Will never come to this location again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful and we were excited to finally try this soft drink chain. Reasonably priced and quick in and out stop. Also, staff out in parking lot, helping take orders to keep drive thru moving more quickly. Go here and try the founder or the princess peach! Loved the kids size if you donāt want a huge drink.
