My daughter took me to Swig for my first time on Sunday, Dec 8 at around 6 pm. We waited in line behind about 7 other cars for at least 20 mins. We got to the front of the line to place an order with the young lady in the drive thru and she proceeded to tell us that they were out of Coke, Diet Coke, Sprit, Fresca, lemonade, and a couple of other things! Huh?! So basically everything on the menu. I asked her why there wasn't a sign at the beginning of the line or why nobody was out there telling people so that they could make an informed choice before being stuck in the line without an exit. She apologized and was nice, but still this experience was ridiculous! We were essentially forced to order drinks we didn't want or just sit in line for 10 more mins for no reason. You really need to do better as a business. This is totally unacceptable and does not make me excited to ever return.

Went to swig on Saturday 10/26 and paid at the window and didn’t realize they didn’t give me my card back. Last night at 8:50pm (10/30/24) I get a notification that my card was charged $14 at swig…. I panic and looked in my wallet and realize I must of forgot it at Swig. I called swig and the employee apologized and then transferred me to the shift lead when I ask for them to refund the card…. The shift lead kept switching up the story as to why my card was charged and no one took accountability as to why and at first refused to refund me, once my husband took over the call they agreed to. I went in today to pick my card up and asked to have my info given to an adult manager or the owner and the reused and wouldnt give me any info (said they don’t know who that is) I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS SWIG!!! All I asked for was honesty and accountability for the employee that ran my card, so sick of kids running places and no consequences given!

I'm writing this review bc I had a very irritating experience at this location. I ordered a drink with bobas and was not told that they were out of Boba straws. When I was handed a normal straw I asked for a Boba straw and the girl told they were out and the normal straws will pull the Boba through which was a lie! Don't lie to your customers and tell them upfront you're out of a product. I buy that drink for the Boba which I was not able to enjoy. I actually drove to another Swig to get a straw and was told that all locations were out. I'm banning Swig for the time being.

Ran inside because I was in a hurry & one kid stared at me waiting to order but wouldn’t take my order because it “wasn’t her job”. Dumb kids.
My daughter and I were in the area and were craving a soda drink with some added options and our typical go to was closed so we headed over. We chose the drive thru and though there was a line it went quickly. Service was great and the girl taking our order was very friendly. Prices were fair. We ordered two sodas and a frozen hot chocolate. Everything hit the spot.

Deffinatly could use a revamp in atmosphere as in a better counter setup and more seating (comfy seating), the drive through makes no sense as to when the line is pack it blocks the parking. Also the overall look doesn’t scream delicious this way!
Other than that the drinks are delicious. Nice little coffee shop mom and pop vibe.
Never had the food (cookies)- that are deffinatly overpriced. But the drinks are fairly priced like going to circle k getting a fountain drink. Now about the smell 🙂↔️ not the best it smells like a circle k in west Mesa rotten beer mixed with ass sugar….. but other than that love the drinks and very friendly kind staff. You should check it out.

the drinks are great when made correctly which is approximately 2/10 times. it is 6-8$ for a drink which is already insane but almost every time me or my friends go the drinks come out completely differently and incorrectly. i worked in food service for a long time i know it’s stressful and i always try to be respectful but it’s getting ridiculous at this point. the employees need better training or something. todays experience pushed me over the edge and i will not be returning to swig, i ordered a sucker punch and i could tell it was wrong, it tasted like nothing. i came back and they told me “oh ya we are out of lemonade so we used water as the base…” i was so confused- why was i being charged full price for that?? and why didn’t you tell me so i could order something different?? they didn’t offer a refund they said they could remake it with a soda (which would completely change the drink still?) they also gave my friend a drink with a whole in the cup. anyways, i don’t want to blame the TEENAGERS who run that store. management NEEDS to do their due diligence and put in the work.

Beware entering the Drive-Thru at this location! I spent 30 minutes trapped in the drive thru line because the machines were broken. Broken machines are understandable but what is not understandable is waiting 15 minutes for an employee to tell all the cars in the drive thru line what was going on and then tell us it will only be another 5 minutes (this turned out to not be the case), after 15 more minutes we were infuriated. Luckily I had a passenger in the car that was able to get out of the car, walk into the store (where they were still taking orders with broken machines), and ask to speak to an employee. We suggested emptying the drive thru and letting each car decide if they’d like a refund or to park and wait for their order inside. Apparently nobody had given any thought on what to do with all the cars in the drive thru. They took our suggestion and we were able to get a refund and finally exit the drive thru line. I was late picking up my child from pre-school because I didn’t think it would take 30 minutes to get through the SWIG drive thru lane. Please please please train your employees on how to handle situations like this.

I'm new to Swig. I previously went to Sodalicious. I got a 32oz Buttery Beer! It's really good honestly. However $4.19 for a soda?! Omgosh! Also it wasn't even full!

Waiting in lane if they have crew shortage then stop taking online orders like Door dash uber eats etc
Kid-friendliness: The Shark gummy is my kid's favorite.
