Had a large order and I totally appreciate that they took the time to write out the specialty tacos we had ordered. Normally I have to open and peek to see what we got but this time it was nicely written on the wrapper. This was very helpful and I hope becomes the norm when ordering specialty tacos. Thank you!

I requested an item with no sour cream. I watched as the employee put sour cream on it then realized and stepped behind the wall so I couldn't see and tried to wipe off the sour cream instead of making a new one. Then multiple employees looked at me and laughed. I didn't put it all together until I got home and found traces of sour cream on my item. I will not be returning to this taco bell.

I don't know how many times they mess up or order. They never can get it right even when we ask them, if it is right. It's never right. Also, we have been in the store when they got it wrong. They gave us so much trouble, trying to get it fixed. I would not recommend this taco bell.

I called to ask a really simple yes or no question and the boy that picked up the phone was really rude and thought I was prank calling him but I literally had a genuine question. Clearly he was in a bad mood and projected that onto me. Kids these days have no customer service skills. It's really sad, honestly. But my crunchwrap was good. I love crunchwraps

Stood there for 5 minutes and no one said a word to me. Then finally I ask if they'll take my order and they said use kiosk. Well before I did that I used bathroom. Heard someone pooping then as im washing hands a mexican walked out and walked straight out to kiosk and started touching it without washing hands. Disgusting so sick of this bulls!!;! being forced

Payed for 2 chips n cheese received 1 worker gave me a dirty look the whole time im not sure what her problem was but they should do better and not have a worker at the window who is rude even my family in the car said what’s her problem..

Drive thru. Order was correct. Service was fast and courteous. Food was as expected.
Ordered the Tuesday drop for three different people and none had sour cream as they were supposed to have and each barely had a spoonful of ground beef. What a disappointment. You wait for the drop and although a good price, you still have to drive to get them, wait in drive thru and still an employee either can't read the order or just plain doesn't care?
