They are the worst! They never melt the cheese properly in the cheese roll up. I went back and made them make it again. And they are still cold. Not going back to this location!

Brought back chili cheese burritos for one month just to pull out the rug again from under your once life long customers. So out of touch, makes me sad. Headed to Sonic since they at least keep their best items on the menu. Do better.

Tells me that in the door until the time we left, it was absolutely filthy! The women’s restroom had zero toilet paper and the toilets were grossly filthy
There was no one whatever to help you order, and the restaurant was freezing cold to the point where we had to leave to eat our food. Mission the mango tea never has syrup in it and needs to be washed by employees. Attempted to fill the cup out with self serve, and when there was none, we went to an employee to fill it behind the counter both were empty.
Being a Sunday night I’m assuming that no manager is on duty and that the regular weekday managers can get the place cleaned up on Monday morning. We’ll give it one more try and then never eat there again.

Went to eat at 1130pm and they ran out of beef. I have never been to a Taco Bell that has no beef poor ordering on management’s end and staff seemed to be under the influence

I never post reviews, and I mean never, but I felt this experience was definitely worth mentioning. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru today, and we were being serviced by a very helpful, kind, and professional young woman. Everything was perfectly fine until several minutes later as we are being handed our order we witnessed an older woman, seemingly a manager maybe, aggressively snatch our order out of the young woman’s hands and continued to treat the young lady so disrespectfully, practically barking at her, until we were finally handed our order. Through the window, we even saw a cook look their way concerningly. We don’t know what the situation was or wasn’t; regardless, it was uncomfortable to see and I don’t think anyone deserves to be treated that way at work, especially by a higher up, no matter what the circumstances are. The food was fine, but the way management handled that situation left a really bad impression. You don’t treat your staff that way, you don’t treat any human that way. We won’t be back & I hope that young lady gets a huge raise, she deserves it

Came to leave a review about the cashier girl, Nicole V, and read a review from a guy named Dan. That guy must have the wrong location and employee because when I was there 3 days ago, which looks like when he showed up, ALLEGEDLY. the girl kind of talked different. I wouldn’t say “high”, but maybe some kind of speech impediment and it was NOT super noticeable. Honestly, maybe she was tired because it was like 11pm, I WAS tired. My order was correct but I think ordering from taco bell is pretty easy, maybe I can’t say the same for Dan. He seems to lack basic human empathy for service workers and that’s a him problem. Crazy how you can have two completely different experiences in the same night. This girl needs a raise for dealing with these people. She was super kind and attentive, repeated my order back (which is what normally happens at fast food restaurants so that YOU, the customer, can verify they heard you correctly), and I realized I asked for potato tacos with extra lettuce, instead of extra cheese. So, maybe this guy needs to chill out on TACO BELL EMPLOYEES BECAUSE ITS NOT THAT DEEP. My tummy for them potato tacos is pretty deep tho🤤

This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The cashier, Nicole V, was clearly high and could barely function. She could hardly stand up straight, slurred her words, and struggled just to take my order. It was embarrassing and extremely unprofessional. How does management allow someone in that condition to represent Taco Bell? This location clearly has no standards if this is what they consider acceptable service. As well as our order was completely wrong I will not be coming back, and I’d warn others to avoid this place entirely

Had a large order and I totally appreciate that they took the time to write out the specialty tacos we had ordered. Normally I have to open and peek to see what we got but this time it was nicely written on the wrapper. This was very helpful and I hope becomes the norm when ordering specialty tacos. Thank you!
I requested an item with no sour cream. I watched as the employee put sour cream on it then realized and stepped behind the wall so I couldn't see and tried to wipe off the sour cream instead of making a new one. Then multiple employees looked at me and laughed. I didn't put it all together until I got home and found traces of sour cream on my item. I will not be returning to this taco bell.
I don't know how many times they mess up or order. They never can get it right even when we ask them, if it is right. It's never right. Also, we have been in the store when they got it wrong. They gave us so much trouble, trying to get it fixed. I would not recommend this taco bell.
