My family and I love Taco Bell, but today we ordered from the Market Street location and the food was not exactly as ordered. The beans were stale and crusty, and the chicken tasted like burnt pork pieces, so I do not think they put the right meat in my food. We were charged for extra sauces and did not receive them. All in all, we ordered $50 worth of food and were heavily disappointed. We love Taco Bell, but we'll probably not order from this location again.

I ordered a crunchwrap supreme got home ate it there was no crunch about it cuz there was no tostada shell in it at all so how do you pay that much for a crunchwrap supreme and not even have a tostada shell in it. Need to wake up and watch what you're making. Horrible

I don't know who thought it was a good idea to essentially burn the beans and then sell them inside burritos. Who wants dried cakes up beans? Burrito is so damn dry it tastes like NOTHING. can't even taste the onion that's how dry it is. Ill be going to del taco instead. They don't give me shit beans and they have actual French fries. Lesson learned.

Ordered a chili cheese burrito and a lunc box deal . I bite into the burrito and there is literally nothing in it all liquid . So I go back to the counter and tell the young lady that there is nothing in it . She replies oh Iāll have the manger talk to you . So I stood up at the counter for this older lady who I assume is the manager waiting to talk to her . She ignored me and continued to take drive through orders and never even acknowledged me . So I left the burrito that looked like a soiled diaper at the counter and walked away . Fricken ridiculous. . If you donāt wanna manage and put up with complaints then quit . Last time Iāll eat there .

This location used to be great. I ordered a grilled steak burrito and this is what I got. A puny sorry excuse for a burrito. The person who made this burrito couldnāt make it more obvious that they hate their job. Get your act together over there, geez!

No menu boards anymore. If you want a menu you have to use the kiosk and pay with a card. The kitchen staff just ignores anyone actually standing at the counter waiting to order. All Progress is not positive.
Placed kiosk order at 3:47 P.M., waited ten minutes, went to ask for order, worker had no idea we even placed an order. THEN they started making it and we ended up leaving at 4:07 P.M. A 20 minute wait for an order at an empty (yes, there was nobody else there) Taco Bell is insane.

Food was typical Taco Bell. Not good, but at least edible. Problem I have, was what restaurant would serve breakfast, but not open until 9:00am? Employees are there serving through the drive thru. Why not open the lobby?? Not everyone wants to eat in their car. The Wendyās across the street is open and packed with customers in the lobby. May be time to rethink this one. ā¹ļø Anyway, I waited until 9:00. Only customer in the place and it still took forever to get a breakfast burrito. Seems like a management failure to me. Like they are actively trying to lose market share. Is anyone there paying attention? I donāt think so.
