I visited 3/10 at 11:21am. order b26041I requested my quesadilla extra grilled and the first one they gave me was barely cooked with the cheese in full strands not even melted.The second one that they remade, they didn't even cut it. And they were dead at the time. no lines.

The lady taking the order was so rude, took a wrong order and then literally was shouting and talking and was asking to charge us again to correct the order. We didn’t took the food as that was incorrect item and still paid for it. Staff was super rude an unprofessional. Though there was no crowd, so it’s not that they were super busy!! Will never go to this place again.

Did a mobile order while in the parking lot for a cravings box on a Wednesday at 6:30pm with in store pick up. Food was ready quick, order was right, and the cravings box was a good value. Grace was working the front counter, friendly and good customer service.

Upon entering the dining room, there was a considerable amount of dirt and debris all around the dining room. It looked like some tracked mud in after a rainy day, except it hadn't rained there for several days. The person behind the counter said we had to order on the kiosk only. Which was not terrible complicated. Ordered the two steak chalupa taco Supreme combo. The chalupa bread was very cold and stale. The meat portion was barely visible along the crease of the bread...which was smothered in a dry salad mixture. Very disappointing.
The staff really came through yesterday when they fixed my order! I received a fresh order, and most of the staff came up to apologize to me. Even got some coupons for future visits. What topped it off was one of the line cooks wishing for me to, "have the best day ever!" He didn't know but I really needed to hear that. Thanks Taco Bell!

How does taco bell stay in service??!! A freaking chalupa costs over 7$ a piece! I also tried their new Grilled Cheese fries. It's ONLY 5$, not impressed at all. I understand these are times of inflation, but woe taco bell, this is highway robbery!

They love to put the minimum amount of meat and they have horrible attention to detail. I ordered 2 crunchy tacos for like $4 and they put 50c worth of meat for a taco with just meat and cheese, and they forgot the cheese. I put on the cheese myself, plus both tacos were cracked.
It baffles my mind that with no one in the drive thru you can screw up an order of 4 items. Nothing was modified, you just made the wrong items. Furthermore, when the receipt shows 6 mild, 6 medium, and 6 hot sauces HOW ARE THERE NONE IN THE BAG? it's been 4 consecutive experiences at 4 different locations. All orders messed up and no sauce put in the bag. This company just sucks

Unless you order at 1 of 2 kiosks, there is no menu to order off of. Are you kidding me? Fracking ridiculous!! The poor couple in front of me had to order at the kiosk, then go pay with their cash at the counter but didn’t realize that they had to pay first. I know, but it is confusing when you are getting older (like me). Stop thinking that only 20-something’s are going to eat at your place of business!

The Drive thru ran by some younger girls were not friendly. When asked for sauce for a 6 item order she proceeded to hand me 3 hot sauce and closed the door. World of taken an extra 5 seconds to be nice and give me atleast a handful. She was rude enough that I wrote this experience. Steer clear of the teenage weekday night crew.

Normally the burritos were soggy but yesterdays was soooo good!!! It’s weird how they don’t have the menu monitors and on a Saturday night, absolutely no one was there… it was almost suspicious. But the food was good, so I’ll take it!
