Ordered taco supremes in the drive through and got them home, none of them had sour cream. What is wrong with people these days getting orders correct? I would like for Mike the manager to reach out to me, please

They just don't care! Asked for steak on my chalupa, gave ground beef, it normally comes with chicken in the box. Also gave a taco instead of a double stack. Stale Cinnabon's ... Screwed up 1/2 the items on the order, again, they just don't care.

Omg. So bad I don't know where to start. I eat at Taco Bell in various areas all the time so I'm not blind to the fact this isn't a 5 star restaurant BUT.. I've had better food from the street vendors in the hood. My tacos, BOTH were cold, no meat, nasty. The cheese on my quesadilla was not fully melted. The cheese that came with the nachos was not only half full, like a tsp size amount, but it too was cold. I ate my food within minutes of getting it and it was this bad. As if everything came from the frig and was attempted to be heated up. I've actually given this place 3 chances since I'm new to the area, but this 3rd disaster warrants a reviews and warning to others, STAY AWAY. THE FOOD IS VERY BAD. Manager should be embarrassed.

Very disappointed, went through the drive thru an I got a Cinnabon delight iced coffee the girl did even stir it it’s insane This is the first time I’ve gotten an iced coffee from Taco Bell that is actually nasty. Not good at all. All the other times I’ve gotten an iced coffee coffee it’s been delicious except for today.

Well, we are done with Taco Bell. We enjoyed it as a fast food alternative to a burger, but no more . Every single thing we had was terrible, and the prices are now absolutely ridiculous. Why would I pay for this when I can get authentic Mexican food for the same price . As I'm typing this my stomach turns it was so bad ! Adios!

I travel often and have been to Taco Bell locations all over. I go to this location often because I live up the street and the next nearest is quite a drive. After today, I may not return. Food is gross, the drinks are basically soda water and they always skimp on sauce packets. This isn’t new, it’s been consistently bad, getting worse with time actually, so I’m guessing whoever runs it is encouraging this level of service.

Ordered 2 Beef Chalupas on the App, got 2 Chicken ones with just Cheese and Lettuce, nothing else in it. No option to request a refund on the App. Do yourself a favor and don't go.
