Hit or Miss Lately
Taco Bell used to be a regular stop for me, but after so many attempts, they just can’t seem to get the order right. Missing items, wrong items, or mistakes happen way too often, which makes it frustrating and inconsistent.

The night shift definitely has zero interest in quality or wastefulness. I would not normally comment here, but this is the second or third time this has happened. I reported previously to DoorDash with zero response. So here goes… I ordered 3 items via DoorDash and asked for 6 hot sauce packets. I do not believe this is at all unreasonable. I received a taco with almost zero contents plus 74 hot sauce packets and 1 mild sauce packet. This restaurant is clearly in need of better management.

I ordered a Steak & Poblano Rolled Quesadilla and a Crunchwrap Supreme through the drive thru. Both items were soggy and bland. They appeared as if someone sat on them and the food had to be peeled off of the wrapper. The food does make a good frisbee.

I am rating this specific location all 5 stars due to Carter the drive through employee. Now a days you rarely get good service especially through drive through anymore. Carter was so pleasant and even took the time to ask my son and I how our night was going. After finding out they didn't have the drink my son wanted he was so apologetic and sincere. Thank you for a great experience and we could use
More employees like him. 👍

They just don't care! Asked for steak on my chalupa, gave ground beef, it normally comes with chicken in the box. Also gave a taco instead of a double stack. Stale Cinnabon's ... Screwed up 1/2 the items on the order, again, they just don't care.
