Ordered their new chicken nuggets…. Don’t waste your money I got a 10 piece and not only were some of them burnt but they were not consistent in size. Embarrassing..
Very disappointed, went through the drive thru an I got a Cinnabon delight iced coffee the girl did even stir it it’s insane
This is the first time I’ve gotten an iced coffee from Taco Bell that is actually nasty. Not good at all. All the other times I’ve gotten an iced coffee coffee it’s been delicious except for today.
Well, we are done with Taco Bell. We enjoyed it as a fast food alternative to a burger, but no more . Every single thing we had was terrible, and the prices are now absolutely ridiculous. Why would I pay for this when I can get authentic Mexican food for the same price . As I'm typing this my stomach turns it was so bad ! Adios!

I travel often and have been to Taco Bell locations all over. I go to this location often because I live up the street and the next nearest is quite a drive. After today, I may not return.
Food is gross, the drinks are basically soda water and they always skimp on sauce packets.
This isn’t new, it’s been consistently bad, getting worse with time actually, so I’m guessing whoever runs it is encouraging this level of service.

Ordered 2 Beef Chalupas on the App, got 2 Chicken ones with just Cheese and Lettuce, nothing else in it. No option to request a refund on the App. Do yourself a favor and don't go.
I just tried their new dipper burritos. It’s not too much food and it’s very tasty that new sauce they have is amazing.

This Taco Bell is by far the worst I have ever seen. I also have the misfortunes of living around the corner from it. I’ve eaten food from here over 30 times (out of cheap convenience, not desire) Every single time the food is made with smaller proportions than other Taco Bell’s and it is consistently food that you can tell is hours old. Soggy tacos, stale tortillas, etc. every time I eat here I get frustrated because it never changes despite my wishes. I have an intuition that the owner is a stingy bastard because the employees are so consistent in their terrible food preparation. It feels trained

This is the worse Taco Bell I went to the whole management is horrendous. I spoke to two of the three they have. I was passing by to grab lunch today this was the second time I had this experience. I asked the female manager Lindsay something about my order why is it cold. The female manager looked at me with a judgment look still smiling and when I try to speak she runs over my words. The first time with a separate but similar experience I have an other manager I talked to his name was Mike. He has no manners. While waiting I observed how they talk to the workers it’s so rude. I will never buy food from here again I would rather drive a little further or go to McDonalds if I want something quick and they threat the customers and their employees horribly. The whole system here is lost because it has to start from the management then the employees. They are not good listeners to what their customers need or are expecting.

Usually really solid but the last time i went they gave me a crushed chalupa and my nacho fry container was only half full like someone had taken the other half
I took my food up because it looked like they had removed the cheese from my order. The manager literally stuck her finger in my food, swirled it around found a shred of cheese and said there it is. Then i stared atvher for a few minutes and she asked me if i wanted her to remake it. 🤣
also told me after i waited 15 mins for my cinnamon twists that they didnt have any made and id have to cancel my order. No way to do that on the app after theyve said its ready. So she was upset shebhad to refund it.
Drive thru is prioritized over lobby (they literally told customers this when they asked where their food was) and people were still waiting for their food for 20 min+ when i left.
