DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I’ve been to Taco Bell’s all over the country and this is easily the worst one I’ve ever been too. Which is sad because it’s 1 block from my house. I have visited it frequently with the hopeless expectation that it will get better. It doesn’t. You can tell they serve food that was prepared hours before and they use about half the filling ingredients as other Taco Bell’s. It’s hard to express just how consistently disappointing they have been but in short, don’t go there.

This location continuously is disappointing. Their portion sizes are smaller compared to all other Taco Bell’s. They will intentionally put onions in something I ask for no onions in and laugh about it. I have called in about problems in the past and I’m brushed off. Today, I got the deluxe box and the food served was not at food safe temperatures. I’m not really able to go back out right now so I just wasted $10 for inedible food. It’s to the point where we normally just go to the other location but today I took the chance because they’re closer. Big mistake.

I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star the tacos we ordered were left out so long they stuck to the paper, the chalupa bread was so hard felt like my teeth were going to break from how stale it was my entire food ordered was really terrible none of the cheese melted. As soon as we pulled up to the drive through window one of the male workers was sitting on the counter by the register on his phone highly recommend driving the distance to a different location!
Stale food, disengaged employees, bad all around. The management here must not care or isn't in the right position to control the quality here.

Fuckers straight up robbed me. said a single burrito was 6.50 so I paid that then receipt said 3.85 and wouldn't give me change. shit wasn't even warm

when the snotty cashier tells you that breakfast has been "all taken care of" at exactly 11 am when you've been in line since 10:54, you can enjoy excellent service from the restaurant next door, The Morning Kick. breakfast burritos, breakfast tacos, and more!

The staff was not very kind, gape off the impression they did not want my business. I am a person of color and I don't think they appreciated that. And there is no menu board so you must engage with the staff making an order or selection.
They gave me good food options for my pets.
