They need to fix their microphone / speaker system. I feel like I’m yelling at them in the drive thru, and I even turn off my engine to reduce and noise input.
It’s very annoying, I prefer to order through the app and walk in the store to pick it up.

I ordered a spicy potato soft taco and they actually sent me off with NO spicy potatoes.... There was 1 other person in the dining room and only 2 cars passed through the drive in line so this just means the employees didn't care at all. Always check your order if you get food from here. This has happened to a few of my friends/neighbors too but with different menu items.

Been here plenty of times, typically decent. Morning of 8.12.25 i came through around 8 nobody acknowledged me in the drive through, so I left to do some shopping & came back 15 minutes later and sameness. Really wanted to try breakfast burrito but no opportunity.

For the few times I have gone to this location, I've not gotten an order wrong and it's always super hot and delicious.
2 times in a row i put in an order and added hot sauce packets to the order and received 0 packets!! Get it together!

Excuse my language, but this Taco Bell is a POS. When I say I received zero customer service over THEIR mistake….So, I make an online order. Because they decided not to follow rules and actually MAKE SURE THE PERSON PICKING UP THE ORDER IS THE DASHER, they refused to remake my order. Also, whenever I do visit, they are just the rudest bunch of workers I’ve encountered. Their only redeeming quality is semi-fresh to fresh food (and this is between the hours of open to about 19:00hrs).

Well, it’s Taco Bell. For this store? It is comfortable enough to get something, eat, and get out. It is small compared to some stores/90’s stores but that is to be expected.
Good has been pretty good from this location, hot/fresh has been more hit than miss, but there have been moments.

Drive thru was extremely slow with only one car in front of me. The food had obviously been sitting for while and was not freshly made. I would have returned my food except I was en route to a meeting. Will not be returning to this location again. Good luck in this economic climate.
