Love this place. Today I requested the wrong stuff for my drink and without hesitation they made me another drink. It was my fault for saying the wrong thing and they still went ahead and fixed it. I stopped coming here for a while because they opened a boba shop next to me, I've always like this place better but after today I will be only coming here. Easily the best boba/tea place in the valley I've been. It consistently is the same and well done. The wait time is quick and they are always adding new things. I've been to other locations of this same franchise and I think this one tops them all.
Their drinks are way too OVERPRICED. From the basic toppings like boba to cheese foam or no ice option costs an extra $1?! No thank you. If you look at their menu most of their drinks literally cost $8-10 at the least. That is ridiculous. Not to mention, the last time I went here I ordered the grapefruit tea and it tasted funky. When they first opened the drinks tasted better and they weren’t so stingy, but as time passed they spiraled and I feel like there’s new staff every time I came back and the way they make the drinks have changed.
If you want quality boba that is on point and rich in flavor go to DABOBA. Their drinks are top notch and worth every penny!!! Also they only charge $0.25 extra for no ice :) Save a couple bucks and go there! You won’t be disappointed.

Wow, I absolutely love the drinks, and I love how fast and efficient they are. I wish they would open earlier. im more of an early morning coffee consumer. Nice A/C definitely gotta come back again. Drinks were amazing. I absolutely love the double hibiscus. To die for! For sure gotta check our their chandler location next!

The place says they are open till 9 pm. I arrive at 8:55pm. I was rushing from work to get some teas for my Moms birthday. This is her favorite spot for bobba. I walked in and apologized for being so late and asked if I could still order. I told her it was for 2 teas (one for my mom to enjoy today and tomorrow). The women behind the register asked a lady in the back if the tea machine was still on. She said yes. That's when the woman behind the register said it's alright, i'm okay to order. I'd like to point out she was very kind. Once I started giving my order, the girl from the back walked up and asked what time it was. She sees the time and says they stop making tea at 8:50pm. That I was 5 minutes too late. The doors were not locked. The light up sign outside says "Open". The tea machine was still on. But I had to leave empty-handed. I did not appreciate being told it was okay then to be given some excuse. So warning to all - even though it doesn't say it on the website or anywhere else, you can't order teas once it's 8:50pm. But can order anything else on the menu. I work in food, and we are required to serve everything up until the closing time. Very disappointing experience.
