Standing here waiting for a to go order as 3 employees stand around talking and nor a single person in 10 minutes as greeted me or asked if I needed anything. Very sad the lack of customer service, I will never come to this place again.To clarify, I am not complaining about how long the food took or about food at all. I am upset that I stood there for 10 mins without a single employee asking if I needed assistance or even hello. At tge time they had no idea I was there to pick up an order and it would be nice to just be acknowledged especially since you had no idea why I was standing there.Yes, I am a Door Dash driver, but should not be treated differently. So, I don't deserve good customer service or to be acknowledged like anyone else? Also, at this time you didn't know I was a DD driver until I came back 15 mins later to get food.In the 10 mins I was standing there no one thought to ask if I needed help, and all customers, whether they are delivery drivers or not should get customer service.

Received excellent service, perfectly prepared food, and a nice atmosphere. Patio misters need repair. Otherwise it was a great time.

PHILLY CHEESE STEAKSHAVED RIBEYE, SAUTÉED PEPPERS AND ONIONS AND COVERED IN OUR HOMEMADE CHEESE SAUCE$12.99More like a potato roll with some shaved meat, no sauteed onions or peppers and served with nacho cheese sauce in a little plastic cup. The description sounded so good I ordered extra home made cheese sauce, I didn't know it was going to be nacho cheddar cheese sauce like you get at Circle K. It should of been called, Nacho Philly that you expect for $12.99 disappointing takeout for mother's day.That was a 20 mile round trip because we live next to the Teakwood's that closed down in Chandler due to Covid, at least there they use to serve good food with pride.I included the Philly Cheese Steak description straight from Teakwood's menu so that there is no confusion about what was expected. (HOME MADE CHEESE SAUCE) sounds good right.

The food and the staff never disappoint... love it

The last two times we've been there and have had great service. There isn't many tables in there as before, they need to open more indoor dining. Due to loud music indoors, I'm sure it's because less table and people. We choose to sit out on patio. Food is good and last two times we had drinks we got REAL drinks not watered down alcohol.

Worth every penny. Fantastic wings and sauce, and a great experience.

Went in on a random Thursday afternoon, experienced good, friendly service. Ordered the El Hefe wings which are fried, then grilled with a little "suicide" hot sauce, cilantro and garlic. Very good flavor with a crispy exterior. My only gripe- a full order was 8 wings. $12.50 for 8 wings feels a little pricey, imo. Overall, very good place to get wings in Gilbert, AZ.
