Standing here waiting for a to go order as 3 employees stand around talking and nor a single person in 10 minutes as greeted me or asked if I needed anything. Very sad the lack of customer service, I will never come to this place again.To clarify, I am not complaining about how long the food took or about food at all. I am upset that I stood there for 10 mins without a single employee asking if I needed assistance or even hello. At tge time they had no idea I was there to pick up an order and it would be nice to just be acknowledged especially since you had no idea why I was standing there.Yes, I am a Door Dash driver, but should not be treated differently. So, I don't deserve good customer service or to be acknowledged like anyone else? Also, at this time you didn't know I was a DD driver until I came back 15 mins later to get food.In the 10 mins I was standing there no one thought to ask if I needed help, and all customers, whether they are delivery drivers or not should get customer service.

Received excellent service, perfectly prepared food, and a nice atmosphere. Patio misters need repair. Otherwise it was a great time.

Ok I can get over the no wings thing for now. But come on who the hell closes the kitchen at 9 p.m. on a Saturday? I know it's Gilbert but come on. Not everyone is in there 70s and wants to eat at 430.
Don't get me wrong Teakwoods is a great place to go! But They should bring there menu up to date! Wing menu shows 9 wings but they only give you 8 wings? For the 9 wing price?

PHILLY CHEESE STEAKSHAVED RIBEYE, SAUTÉED PEPPERS AND ONIONS AND COVERED IN OUR HOMEMADE CHEESE SAUCE$12.99More like a potato roll with some shaved meat, no sauteed onions or peppers and served with nacho cheese sauce in a little plastic cup. The description sounded so good I ordered extra home made cheese sauce, I didn't know it was going to be nacho cheddar cheese sauce like you get at Circle K. It should of been called, Nacho Philly that you expect for $12.99 disappointing takeout for mother's day.That was a 20 mile round trip because we live next to the Teakwood's that closed down in Chandler due to Covid, at least there they use to serve good food with pride.I included the Philly Cheese Steak description straight from Teakwood's menu so that there is no confusion about what was expected. (HOME MADE CHEESE SAUCE) sounds good right.

Teakwoods Tavern & Grill...home of the award winning wings! One would think they would celebrate this and reward the customers that come for wings, right? WRONG. First they limit you to approximately 5 wings rather than 6 in a half order. OK we could deal with that. Keep in mind the full order is only approximately 9 wings rather than the typical dozen (12). Even when they had to charge a premium for the chicken...yeah we paid. But now in May 2021 the almost 5 is now a solid 4. Not any cheaper. So they practically force you to get the full order. Do you think they give you almost 9 like the menu says? No way! They give you 8! Eight sad little wings! Hey Teakwoods...here is a tip. You can buy the pigeon sized wings at Costo and really stick it to your customers!! Once known for award winning wings...now known for taking advantage of the customers. Go to Sidelines Bar and Grill instead. Their wings are better anyways!!!
