Food was amazing and during their dinner rush it came out within like 10 min and wait was like 5 min when they told us like 10-20. Corey was great and very quick. We never even had to ask for anything because he was so on top of things.

This restaurant was very clean and well organized. The staff were amazing and friendly! The shift manager even came over checked on us as well as the surrounding tables. Food was excellent and let’s n out forget about the drinks, YUM! Highly recommended this location!

Well., that's three times in a row that the sirloin steak I ordered tasted like it's was microwaved. Unappealing light brown blah and like it was sitting on a pan slow cooked the rare steak was disgusting. I've had it. Texas roadside has been fixing on growth and not quality. Feels like they just want you to get served quickly and get out. The bread was just terrible. They changed the recipe. I used to love to eat their rolls which I considered was the best ever. It was light and buttery and just couldn't get enough of it. Not it's just thick almost raw dough. No flavor, too too thick and heavy. This place is going down hill fast. Never going back again.

Latest update 7/21/25: We wanted a quick but quality meal, close to home. Obviously, there are lots of options in the area. It was just after 4 pm so we decided to head to Texas Roadhouse and beat the dinner rush.
We were seated right away and Kaitlyn was our server. She was wonderful! The perfect mix of friendly, helpful, and just the right amount of attention so that we could enjoy our meal but if we needed anything we could get it right away.
As always a manager came out to check on us. I feel like a jerk because I forgot her name... Celia? Celina? (Sorry, girl! I should've written it down so I'd remember to write a review!) But she was super kind and seemed like she truly cared about us having a good experience. After this visit, we felt like this location has really upped its customer service game. We appreciate that!
Our overall experience today was great and makes us happy to come back to this location in the future.
Oh! The food! The food was awesome today! Rolls were fresh, salmon and steak were perfect, and I got the add on of ribs with my salmon. I have never had ribs here before and I feel like I've been missing out! I didn't get BBQ sauce... I get them naked. They were so tender they just fell off the bone. I will absolutely be back for ribs soon!

Normally, I use the app to check in, but today the Google map graph said it was no wait so I didn't. Boy was that a mistake. When we arrived, we were told there would be a 30-40 minute wait. Of course we weren't excited about that, but figured it wasn't the end of the world. I stayed at the hostess station to give our name, number, etc... while my boyfriend sat down in the waiting area. The hostess took all my info then told me that we were not allowed to wait inside... We'd have to leave and wait outside or in our car. It's 100 degrees outside. 😂 🤣 😂 I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant that requires you to wait outside, and certainly not in 100 degrees! Needless to say, we canceled and went to another restaurant. We will probably not be back until the weather is better for standing outside. Across the street, we were seated before I was even done writing this review. Thanks Old Chicago! 😁

I have never ordered takeout before at Texas Roadhouse and I just might moving forward. Blew out of the water what a traditional takeout is suppose to be! Gave me extra bread after asking and peanuts. Went over my whole order and asked if I saw anything wrong. I will definitely be back!!!

I just got a new job and they were kind enough to take us all to lunch and we were also celebrating the 20-year anniversary of another one of the sales reps. I ordered the fried catfish and I had green beans and the sweet potato and everyone else ordered some type of steak we also ordered the onion and the tater strips everything was great and the servers were very attentive. At one time one of our teammates needed to have his steak cooked a little more and he was happy with how it came out. The manager also came over to our table and made sure that everything was good. This is top customer service.

I only have one issue with the restaurant. Because Texas Roadhouse has such great atmosphere, food & service there is always a little bit of a wait to get in.
TexasRoadhause is definitely a Restaurant for everyone 👌 😉 exquisite dishes if you like meat the best cuts are found here...you enjoy eating and enjoying its beautiful atmosphere with fabulous employees who more than once make you feel at home celebrating your moments you can also celebrate your birthdays and if you like drinks and cocktails you will find them there...it is definitely an excellent Restaurant.
It should be noted that you must book, it is extremely easy and this way you will arrive on time and without waiting because their Demand is high...and of course they are one of the best 💪

Stressful and disappointing visit. We went to Texas Roadhouse in Gilbert to celebrate Valentine’s Day. We got on the waitlist at 5pm and the wait was going to be 3 ½ hours. While, I completely understand that for holidays such as this, the wait time will be greatly extended, I was frustrated to find out that other people were being sent text messages that their tables were ready when they had gotten on the list an hour and a half later than we did. I know because I started asking people how long they had been waiting and what time they got on the waitlist when 4 hours had passed. Yes, 4 hours! It was now 9 pm and we were watching people go in who had waited far less time than we did. There were only 2 of us so there should be no reason that several parties got their table before we did. Several times we were told that we were 3 or 4 tables out when we asked the woman taking the reservations where we were at on the list. She even showed us her computer screen so we could see how close we were. But time and time again we watched party after party get in before us. It became obvious to us that something was very wrong. How is it that we were 3 or 4 tables out and yet 10 other parties were called in ahead of us?? It just didn’t make sense. Finally, after 4 ½ hours of waiting and finally demanding we be next on the list, we got to our table. The food was amazing and I was impressed that after all this time and so many people being taken care of, the service and quality of the meal was fantastic. However, I must make others aware of the possibility that there may be a glitch in the system that randomly bumps other parties ahead. Sometimes technology is not the greatest after all…

I joined the wait list at around 4:50pm, was quoted around 70-80 minutes wait time, at 6:17 it said 0-10 mins, we wait 30ish minutes after, called the store at 6:45, was told to come in by Nacy, and was told we were next to be seated, went in, and was told 5 more minutes by Nacy, i also saw another lady come up and ask how long for her party to be seated, nacy told her 7 minutes, we went back to the car, and 20 minutes later called again just to be told 20 more minutes, there is a line of people outside, and we were supposed to be in eating by 6:30, its now 7:23, Nacy is straight up lying to customers about wait times! We ended up leaving cuz we doubted even getting in for the night!
