By far the worst Texas roadhouse in Arizona. Food came out cold manager refused to remake it and told me this is how it comes.

First time Texas roadhouse experience.
My server seemed almost like he didnt want to serve me or maybe that was just his personality but I
Loved how everyone worked together to ensure customers recieved good service.

There was a intimidating line as we walked up but people got sat quickly so it wasn't bad. We celebrated my stepmom's birthday and she was really happy with everything. Food, service everything was good and efficient... especially with how busy they were

This spot is always packed and it makes sense because the service stays on top of things even when they are rushing around. It gets super loud so chatting can be tough but the food is solid and the bread really stands out. The prices are fair for what you get and the steak is surprisingly good.

Food is amazing here. My favorite Texas Roadhouse. Tried most of the food, perfectly cooked and seasoned but I am sold on the prime rib and the rolls of course (my 2 favorites). Staff from the host, wait staff, cooks, and to-go are always super friendly, energetic and attentive. This is what sets this location out from other locations. The owner has done extremely well with their consistency with food-amazingness and hiring top notch employees.

In the past this was the go to place. But the food and service has drastically gone down hill. I took my wife there for our anniversary and we had the ribeye steak and baby back ribs. My wife's ribs were dried out, chewy, hard and honestly didn't taste good at all. I asked for my ribeye to be at medium Rare and blacked, it came out with ZERO seasoning like I asked and when I cut into it, it was so rare like they put it on for one minute per side. And the meat looked boiled. Not a nice sear like it should have. I know my meat, I was a Meat Market specialist for over 30 years. I can honestly say that the ribs and the steak was one of the worst we have ever eaten. All the server did was take the original steak and had them throw it on the grill longer. The female manager that was on staff asked us how things were and I told her. She didnt offer an apology or wasn't even concerned about our experience. She just brought out that old steak and asked me to cut into to ensure it was medium rare. I said it was and she just walked off. I'm not asking for a free handout, but I expected her to be a little more apathetic to our visit. As I stated in the beginning, it USE TO BE THE PLACE TO GO.... but with many options out there with better food and service, this is no longer a place which we will return. For the good times we had there before it went down hill, I thank you for that.
