I have been here several times and the food is always amazing! The staff is super friendly and I appreciate that the vegan options are listed on a separate menu. Huge fan of the vegan smash burger. Probably the best vegan burger I have ever had!
It’s a super small place but even though it was super busy you order and get your food pretty quickly. I recommend the sausage breakfast taco. The tortillas were delicious and so were the side potatoes.
It doesn’t get any better than this for breakfast in the southwest, or anywhere for that matter. Up until October 2023, they were in a food truck in Pocatello, Idaho. Now they are in Gilbert. I don’t know how they perfected green chile being from Pocatello, Idaho, but they did. This husband and wife team serves up spectacular Southwest breakfast creations.
