This location is unprofessional, disrespectful, and down right rude employees.I ordered food via door dash on 11/17/2022. I received a sealed bag about 40 min after my order was placed and it was missing a dish. I called the store and got hung up on twice and once I got a person the phone she was rude and disrespectful for the start of the call. She blamed door dash and stated that I would have to call them to fix the issue. I told her that I already did and I still want my food and she told me to come and get it.Once I arrived I got told that she would let it slide this time but any time after this I would be recharged for all missing food. She had a disrespectful tone while talking to me and then handed me my missing food with a sly tone telling me to have a good night. I responded with you too and she loudly said " wow really nice attitude!"After I left I noticed that the two other employees there had come to the lobby in a threatening way as of they were going to deal with me themselves. This store not only has disrespectful people there they are also aggressive in ways that are unnecessary in a food service place.If I could give this location a 0 star review I would because I do not believe this is safe for customers to have these people and that manager in your restaurants.

Only good thing about our order was the cashier as she was very sweet and helped us figure out what we wanted for our first time. My bf got a large Buffalo fry and I got a small and it was cold very cold. The fries were soggy and the chicken was also soggy. Not to sure if we would have it again.

If the service was any slower I would cry.Sat in the drive waiting to order for 6 minutes.. at the speaker. Was told they'd be with me in just a minute. Then the good took another 10 minutes and somehow came out cold...... Will not be returning. It's sad because the first time I ate here the food was actually quite good.

This was my first time here and probably will be my last. The cost for the chicken side of the menu with fries and a drink is just exorbitant.My wife got 10 boneless and a small order of buffalo fries and drink. I got 10 boneless, regular fry and drink and the total was over 40 dollars. TWO ORDERS FOR 40 DOLLARS TOTAL!If this food put me into some sort of euphoric trip that I didn’t think I can experience anywhere else, sure I’d eat here again. But it wasn’t.It was generic fries, generic boneless wings, and I’m left with a hole in my wallet thinking of all the other places I could have eaten at and saved some money.

GO HERE IF YOU LIKE EATING OTHER PEOPLE’S FOOD!Have been consistently getting someone’s order for a while now. Sometimes I forget to check before leaving, so I’m highly disappointed once I make it home. I’ve even order for delivery and the same thing has happened. I kept coming back because I used to love this place, but lately it seems like they just don’t care!!

The cashier was super friendly. I got a bacon breakfast burrito from the Blue Burro located inside The Buffalo Spot, the thing was huge (pictured). It was pretty good, I would get it again or try another burrito.

Had the most horrific day, came into the Buffalo Spot and the day was COMPLETELY turned around by Haley.. Her warmth and compassion for our day was beyond what one would expect!! She empathized with our situation and ruined dinner plans and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make this dinning experience TOP NOTCH!! Her professionalism is second to none!! I’d highly recommend anyone visit this location and experience the great service my wife and I received here today, Haley made my wife’s Mother’s Day one to remember!! Thanks so much to Haley and her staff..!!

Used to love this place so much, but now they merged with another brand and the loyalty points aren't active anymore, half the menu was cut off and as the only people in the store: our order took over 30 minutes... for boneless wings (since traditional are no longer served) and buffalo fries (what is bragged about all over the store signage). Disappointed for sure.

The unique combination if chicken and fries was really good. The Carne Asada burrito was good. But you gotta try the Dulce de Leche shake. It was the best! Haley was the best. She showed such hospitality and great customer service to us. We will definitely go back!

This location is great, saw they changed their menu. They're great! I love the new food. They should definitely make the drive thru, just online or phone calls only. A lot of Mexican food restaurants do this! Because waits can be 10min+

Paid $48 for our food… Waited 15 minutes in the drive through for fresh food only to receive it cold. Super disappointing.

20 minutes in the drive thru waiting for food. Got the buffalo fries with two shakes. The shakes were nothing special, the buffalo fries were tiny pieces of bread with debatable chicken. The fries were soggy. You can go to buffalo wild wings take out and get crunchy fries with great pieces of chicken for the same price and time spent. First time there and no reason to go back. Don't recommend.

Nor much help. Not unusual given times. How ever the first 2 employees I saw took a while to notice me.Being the only dine in customer gave me time to watch. There was an un attended mop bucket in doorway between kitchen and drive up window. Mop on floor cashier stepped over it and around it. And a hand held power scrubber was on counter entire time. Customers picking up waited to be noticed as well. 3rd employee came in went behind kitchen view and all disappeared could hear banging... but but saw no one, front tables were dirty. Didn't feel any of the love and respect on our story board. 45 min stay watching this, very disappointing

Food was great here. They do make it once you order so your wait time is high. I would recommend going in instead of waiting in the drive through. Also I had ordered fries with my food and didn't get them, was on my lunch break from work and spent majority of it in the line so I left without asking for my fries.

Disappointed! Cold chicken on not very warm fries. Chicken is lacking chicken, mostly just breading if any chicken at all. $9.00 not worth it!!
