A beautiful museum with a fun history. The soaps and lotions smell good enough to eat! They have soap macking classes too! Cookies are yummy

The Gilbert House is very cute. We only went for breakfast but it was very good. The Buffalo Scramble uses ground Buffalo and various vegetables. The eggs were moist and tasty. And the coffee was unlimited.
Julie, our waitress was excellent.
We will definitely be back.

Super cool little breakfast & brunch restaurant in an old home. The atmosphere is relaxed; the service was friendly and attentive; and the food was very good. The hash browns just might be some of the best we’ve had in a long time; they were tasty and fried crispy.

We went here this morning, and the building and atmosphere was quite nice. I had the eggs Benedict with hashbrown and a side of country gravy. The eggs Benedict was really good, but the hashbrown was some what kindve cool. Not cold, but it wasn't cooked all the way. So it was still mushy and cool. The gravy as well, it wasn't warm either. But besides those 2 things the place was alright. Might give this a shot again in the future.

Best breakfast spot in Gilbert!! Always start with cinnamon rolls for the table and then on to Bison scramble or fabulous apple pancakes 🥞 Love the vibe of the 1928 Sears cottage house 🏡

I really want this place to be a destination for us so I will be back to try again. I am probably giving an extra star because I want it to be better than it was.

The patio was amazing. Of course weather has big influence over that.

Everyone was very nice. Not exceptionally attentive to our table. But very nice when they did come by. Multiple times we found ourselves waiting for service.

The menu sounds much better than some of the items we received.

The good: eggs, bacon, pancakes, omelet, cinnamon roll, and adult beverages (although too much mint in the brunch punch). They seem good with the basics.

The not so good: biscuits and gravy (very peppery?), hash browns (need to be cooked more), buffalo scramble, $3 canned Coke.

The menu sounds so good and I considered getting the Green Chili grilled cheese and a Philly to go but after the couple of breakfast disappointments, I decided to wait for another time.

In total, $120 for 4 people (2 were kids). So kinda pricey.

I love everything about this place. The vibe, the food is phenomenal, it’s a cute little house everyone here makes you feel at home. Now they are doing dinner 2x a week! I can’t wait for that to be on a daily basis!

Small quiet, very welcoming spot. This was my 1st time & I plan on going back. I had the Susan's apple pancake. One of the best things I have ever eaten.

Popular for a reason. Lovely quaint breakfast spot, very homey.

Staff were very friendly and attentive but not over barring. Place is clean, only saw one fly and it was gone even quicker then we spot it. Prices were fair and the food portions were perfect.

My only complaint is that the food was on the blander side. We got the chicken fried steak and California benidect. I would have liked to have more flavors with them. The gravey could be more pepper-y and the holidays sauce more flavorfull. I wish the hash browns were salted and the benidect only had 2 slices of avocado, would have like to have at least double that.

Overall great experience, one of the better breakfast places I have been to.

Such a cute little local brunch spot! The atmosphere is cozy and charming, set in what feels like an old home, which makes it extra special. The service was great, the staff was genuinely friendly, and the food was delicious, clearly made with high-quality ingredients. A true local gem. We had a lovely time and will be back!
