Don't eat here, can't get orders right. Don't do the same which like othe habits so if I knew mine had cheese, which it doesn't anywhere else. I would have asked for no cheese. If I knew it wasn't going to Cole slaw, like it does everywhere else, I would have asked for Cole slaw. Don't go here quality is as good as the dirt.

First time to the Habit, and the last!!!! The burger was tasteless, the onion rings way over cooked and hard, not edible. One word comes to mind CRAP!!!!!!

No one to help with ordering your food because the manager was not upfront so you HAVE to use the kiosk. I had questions on some of the items and no one there to answer. The tables and floors were gross and sticky. It took forever to get our food.

Very disappointed the last few times I have had habit burger at this location. I have not gotten grilled onions on my burger the last few times I've ordered it when it says it comes with it. My fries were hardly done and I ordered half and half and I hardly got any fries. This hasn't happened only once either.

UPDATE: I just called the GM at the San Tan location to speak with him about my experience. I told him I looked at the recent reviews and some were also really bad, he seemed surprised. I told him about my experience and my review.....his response was "well, my guests came up and checked on me when you left as you were very loud...they wanted to make sure I was ok." Yes, I was upset, but not that loud. What a marginal response. This guy needs to get the boot. I told him I would have fired him right away!Another really bad experience! This is the 2nd time I ordered my food from my desktop and had an issue. I live in Val Vista Lakes in Gilbert and the location closest to me is across the street, literally a block away. I ordered online from the Mesa location--Val Vista and Baseline. When I went in, I was told my food was at the San Tan location in south Gilbert. So I drove 20 minutes south and then 20 minutes back north to my home. When I went in, I expressed my frustrations with the "General Manager" and he just shrugged his shoulders and said "I am sorry." I told him how upset I was and he just looked at me with a dumbfounded look and again seemed to care less. He was totally worthless and I told him they lost my business....so he just smirked and said ok. Got home finally to eat my food....and yes, it was all very cold! The fries were saturated and limp. The burger was cold and saturated. The chicken bites were cold and nothing but breading. Not worth the $25 I paid for one meal! OMG no! If I could give a minus 5 stars, I would. Go to Five Guys for a much better experience and a quality burger!

This is a nice facility. It was clean and well organized. The Hawaiian burger is our favorite thing to get here. It's just a great blend of flavors we really enjoy. The only thing that we were a little put off by is how you order food. It's strictly through a touch screen menu. It took a second to figure out the operating system and where items were located. It's always nicer to walk up to the register and place an order. Other than that, it was a great experience.

Had a great experience! I work nearby so I always go over here and this last time they went above and beyond for me. One employee, I totally forgot his name ugh (I think Daryl? Started with a D, I’ll try to get his name next time!) was great! Love their kids grilled cheese and the chicken nuggets!

Not much to complain about, I always feel like the service is slow but that typically equates to fresh food. Price is a little high but still reasonable and the only inconsistency is the quality of their fries/sides. Sometimes they are super fresh and amazing and sometimes it seems like they were precooked and heated in the oil before serving or simply lukewarm and stale

30 minutes wait on drive-thru.I really can't understand what makes the people wait this ridiculously long.I did not even have that many cars in front of me. Probably 6 cars.There was only one behind me, and he reversed his car to get out of the line after 15 min wait. That was a smart decision.I had already waited 20+ minutes and there was only one car in front of me until I reached the window (where you can order) and I decided to wait a little more thinking I would get the foods fast once I ordered.So I finally reached the window, and the lady says, "Just letting you know, there is 30 min wait right now." ??Are you kidding me..? I was already waiting 25 min in line and have to wait another 30 min to get food.And then she said, if there is no other car behind you, you could back up to get out of the line.I just ended up leaving the drive-thru reversing out my car. I didn't order.I am never going to come back to this location.This is RIDICULOUS!! and could be even worse when it is only one of the fast food stores
