The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Gilbert

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated respectfully and with care through our entire evening at The Keg. We loved our experience and will definitely be back.

Service was good. Food was not good. Just like most restaurants the quality and value have plummeted. Steak is not nearly as good as it once was.

We received a delightful gift card for Christmas and eagerly used the $25.00 bonus. Our evening began with expertly crafted cocktails and tantalizing appetizers that set the stage for an exceptional dining experience. The complimentary salads accompanying our classic selections were perfectly portioned, offering just the right balance of freshness. My husband's porterhouse steak was a culinary revelation - he declared it the most sublime cut he had ever tasted. We concluded our memorable meal with a decadent Billy minor pie, savoring every delectable bite. The entire evening was elevated by the restaurant's impeccable service, making it a truly special dining occasion.

We sat out in the patio around 5:30, the weather was perfect. The outside is very pretty and does happy hour. We had the Brie as an appetizer and spicy margaritas, the Brie was delicious and the spicy margaritas were good too. The service was very slow. We definitely felt forgotten. The lobster was good but the steak was so tasteless. The filet mignon was very tender but had no flavor. The vegetables were cooked well but my four chunks of carrots and 4 green beans had no flavor and my twice baked potato was not good at all. It was so dry. I would recommend going to happy hour and skipping dinner there.

Great food but service was mid no acknowledgement for our birthday or anniversary. No table touch by managers, hostess talking to friends while seating us. No help with birthday coupon not working.

The greeting was OK, waiter Paul was excellent, food was tasty but green beans could have cooked better.

This is a chain of Canadian steak restaurants. There are also several stores in Arizona. It is naturally the home of the dish, so unlike in Japan, it is not overcooked. Japanese rarities were about medium rarities here. The fillet was delicious.

From the host that greeted us to our waitress who provided excellent service and the manager who stopped by to ensure only excellence was provided....we couldn't ask for anything better. The steaks were outstanding and the lobster was incredible. Thanks for an unforgettable evening.

My husband I were seated next to the fireplace I had requested which made for a perfect dining experience. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Loved it

The service was fantastic, and the Kansas City strip was the best steak I've ever had at the Keg! 

We celebrated my hubby's birthday there. Food and service was awesome. We had a nice booth by the fireplace. We will be back. Highly recommend!!!! Our servers were so professional and fun.

We love going to The Keg, the food is always exceptional, and the service is great, both in the restaurant and at the bar. Nothing but good things to say.

Great food. Steaks are cooked just right and the sea bass was wonderful. Complementary dessert for our anniversary celebration. Angela was awesome!!!

We have always enjoyed The Keg but our dinner was especially good. The food was cooked with an elevation. I requested the sauce on my dish on the side and I found it particularly good without the extra richness. My husband said his filet was divine, cooked perfectly. Kudos to the chef and crew.

Our server was fantastic - I can't remember her name but is in school to be an Engineer and Aerospace. Kuddos to her!
