This is a chain of Canadian steak restaurants. There are also several stores in Arizona.\nIt is naturally the home of the dish, so unlike in Japan, it is not overcooked.\nJapanese rarities were about medium rarities here.\nThe fillet was delicious.
From the host that greeted us to our waitress who provided excellent service and the manager who stopped by to ensure only excellence was provided....we couldn't ask for anything better. The steaks were outstanding and the lobster was incredible. Thanks for an unforgettable evening.
We celebrated my hubby's birthday there. Food and service was awesome. We had a nice booth by the fireplace. We will be back. Highly recommend!!!! Our servers were so professional and fun.
