Cool ambiance and setting with imaginative drinks and excellent service. The 1837 is a must try for bourbon drinkers.
It is super loud and dark in the little room off the main dining/bar. We couldn't have a conversation with each other. It took a long time to be asked if we wanted another drink. We had to ask another server to place an order.
Nice visit. I was sad to see it cleaned up in the main area, I liked the creepy tchotkes better. Great dunks, my only disappointment was how long it took to get waited on in a half empty place. We will definitely be back.
We had an awesome bartender who made our experience special! He was very conversational and hospitable. Definitely recommend sitting up at the bar!
The most wonderful speakeasy and swanky atmosphere. Absolutely lovey food and spirits, completely healing prescriptions.
Didn't try the food while we were there, just had cocktails. Really cool underground bar with a 1930s apothecary theme. Lots of drinks to choose from and the two we sampled were very good. Speakeasy with a password along with the theme makes you feel like you are sneaking out for a prohibition era drink! Fun time and worth checking out.
Really fun speakeasy wth just enough food options to go with your cocktails. Happy hour is great and the service was terrific.
1st time.. I'd definitely go again. Fun experience.
Gilbert’s first speakeasy-style underground restaurant is a creative and fun concept, and we were excited to check it out. Unfortunately, the experience started off on the wrong foot—the guy at the front was quite standoffish. We were made to wait for about 15 minutes even though there were plenty of open tables inside, which was confusing and took away from the initial excitement.
Once we were seated, things improved. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the bartender made an excellent Old Fashioned exactly the way I requested. Overall, the service (once inside) and ambiance were great, but the front-of-house experience could use some improvement to match the rest of the vibe.
Way too packed, and literally had to shout to the person sitting across the 2.5 ft table. Minimal food, and WAY overpriced.

The aesthetic is beautiful, and the speakeasy concept is admirable. However, the reality is somewhat lacking. We did not try any of the food, however the cocktails were average and the service was almost embarrassing. Our server seemed as if they couldn’t wait to get away from our table.
Rather disappointed in the experience, especially considering the drive we made from the west side of the valley. Probably will not be back again.
Super cool & Swanky speak easy right down town Gilford! Loved it!
The White Rabbit is an awesome and unique speakeasy that would be a great choice for a large group or an intimate date. Just be sure you know the password 👀
I went in there with 9 friends for our first round of the night, and it was all of our first time in. They have a wide variety of tasty and unique cocktails. They cost around $15, but I feel you definitely get your money’s worth. There is also a good selection of beer/wine.
The atmosphere is inviting, but dark, with a lot of prohibition era imagery on the walls. There are two different areas within The White Rabbit to find the vibe you desire. There’s a lounge that’s not too loud to carry a conversation, and a separate dance area.
Our group was really impressed, and enjoyed our time. We will definitely be going back!
Beautifully executed craft drinks!
Everything was great - food, drinks & service but they would not honor my Open Table Reward!
