Well, we are regulars, and tonight was so bad we won’t go back. No bar service, shrimp pad Thai inedible. Manager came and apologized and was going to take off bill, never happened. Awful and that’s from a regular!

To start, we had dirty cups, my daughter did spill her water cup and they brought us towels to clean up but we had to wait 10 min for them to even bring them over to us because she kept forgetting. She just threw them at us to clean the water up. The waitress kept forgetting about us. The queso was barely warmed. I'm not one to review but yesterday's experience was awful.

Food was great. No wine glasses, brought Chardonnay in a flute. My son waited 20 minutes for a beer. Finally told they had to change the keg.
Our entire group ended up being there a bit early for our reservation so they got our table ready quickly. Service was good and cocktails were good but we had a couple issues with entrées. One of our friends ordered his burger medium rare and it came out well done. He sent it back and they brought out a new one that was still overcooked. Not a huge deal but kind of disappointing. I ordered the French dip and the meat was so dry and chewy and the au jus had very little flavor. We were celebrating my birthday and our server brought out complimentary dessert and a card, so that was nice.

The weekend brunch at Thirsty Lion was delicious. We started out with the Donut Holes, they were very tasty. The Spanish Chilaquiles and the Spicy Fried Chicken and Waffles was fabulous. They were very favorable and the presentation was pleasing to the eye. I will definitely be returning to Thirsty Lion.

Our trip to Thirsty Lion was to celebrate our two oldest sons and their great accomplishments this last school year. I wrote on the reservation asking if the Thirsty Lion team would really make them feel special. On man did they go above and beyond and out of their way to treat our two oldest like kings. True leadership in hospitality and customer service. We will be back often.

Five of us had lunch in Thirsty Lion in Gilbert,AZ. Most of our problems dealt with our server. I couldn't tell if she was partially deaf or we were having a language problem. My sister ordered an appetizer and received it with her lunch entree. Two beef orders were sent to the table without steak knives and it took too long to find them and bring them to the table. Maybe just a bad experience.
