I stopped by for a cold brew and had such a good experience. The drink was perfect, the place had great vibes, and Harmony was awesome, super nice and really attentive. You can tell she puts effort into every drink. Definitely one of the best baristas I’ve met.

Will be coming back!

The inside is very spacious and has a welcoming environment. For the drink, I chose the Butterfly Tea since they recommends it plus it also caught my eye. After drinking it, it just tastes like water with lavender and lime syrup. I don’t drink tea often so I’m not sure if this is what iced tea is supposed to look like, but it’s average. Probably 3/5. But the price was very cheap for this drink, $2.50. Even though the overall rating for this place is 4/5, I would say 3.5/5 would be more accurate.

Ok I love this little place and their coffee is good but the tea? Come on! This is ridiculous. They should at minimum get Lipton cause this just says we aren’t interested in providing you a quality product- we just want to make money. Also service is slow- took 10 minutes for two drinks and the place was only moderately busy.

The baristas were helpul and had great recommendations. Coffee is delicious - great alternative to the chain coffeeshops.

I used to love top cup but recently they have been downhill. I wait in line for a minimum of 20-30 minutes everytime and their food isnt as good as it used to and things are always forgotten. I love top cup because they have good food and drinks and their service time and pricing is reasonable but now it's not worth it :(

The German chocolate latte was very good. If you’re just driving through for coffee on your way to work, it’s a great spot. The food however is disappointing. Breakfast burrito has zero flavor & the eggs are the fake kind. None of their pastries are made in house & they have expiration dates written on them that allow them to sit in their case for a week. The store itself is cute & well designed but when every merch shelf & cooler case is empty, it’s a little uninviting.

I prefer to support smaller companies than big chains, but on this one you're better off going to Starbucks. Croissant sandwich did not taste good at all. The salsa was just vinegar and like tomato sauce. More than likely from can. When I ordered they did not ask for a name or provide a number. As order start coming out they did not know who it belonged to or where to take it. Therefore they went in set my food on somebody else's stable. Very disorganized. Hopefully it's taken as constructive criticism and will make some changes. I'm still left with an appetite to eat something good.

Upon entering the facility, there was no friendly, greeting or acknowledgment at all. Upon waiting at the counter to place my order there is no acknowledgment or can I help you in anyway and I waited, and it was not a busy place at that time. The food that I typically order a breakfast burrito they had run out. The coffee was better. My suggestion is that the personnel that is making the coffee needs to take a professional. Professional class, and how to make a coffee palatable not not weak I will not be returning. This was my third visit, and it was not a pleasant experience, food personnel, waiting, bitter coffee, ran out of food. I will not be returning. This was my third visit, and it was not a pleasant experience, food perso

Hello fellow caffeinated humans!
I’ve been looking for new coffee spots around the valley and I came across this spot and boooooy did I get disappointed.

The spot itself is nice and modern with lots of seating areas in and out

Service wasn’t good and not bad either. Not much welcoming when I got inside and the baristas there didn’t seem to know much about coffee in general.

Coffee didn’t taste good. I bought a “Large” iced americano. The taste of espresso wasn’t good and that means one or more of these 3 issues occurred:
Coffee isn’t roasted properly, water quality is bad, and/or pulling the espresso shots wasn’t done correctly.

Their “large” iced americano is 20OZ….that’s not the right size…According to the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) the “Large”iced drinks are supposed to be 24OZ

Final verdict: go get your coffee somewhere else!

I loved Top Cup! The atmosphere was awesome. Tons of workspace, quiet, friendly and cute esthetic. The food options are very limited and nothing extravagant. Prices are slightly different than what is posted, but they're not terribly overpriced. I paid $21 for a kids smoothie, a 20oz coffee drink and a Mediterranean panini plus a tip.
If you just want a coffee or beverage and maybe a light snack while you sit and work or catch up with a friend, this is the spot.

This was my second time at the Top Cup Coffee House. The first time I went I ordered inside. The interior design and atmosphere was really comfortable, plus the coffee was excellent. They have plenty of room both indoors and outside to sit and enjoy your drinks. Today, I went through the drive through, and was not disappointed. The service was timely, and the matcha latte was the best I've had yet. Also, I want to note that the prices are very good for the quality of products and service. I will definitely be back, and would highly recommend it!

A lovely coffee with a very quiet atmosphere for studying or meeting up. There's a wide variety of regular and seasonal coffee or tea choices with dairy free options. Seating is comfortable and spacious with outdoor as well (drive thru available). Staff is always friendly, helpful, and quick to get the orders out. One of my personal favorites
