I've been coming to Topgolf Tucson, Gilbert, Scottsdale, Glendale, and Las Vegas for over 5 years . Couple issues during that time, but always rectified in a timely manner. If only they had more than 5 stars. Great place for families and friends, my grandkids love it there, so do I!
Sam was the most wonderful host! Myself and I party will be back solely because of him!! I love TopGolf and the culture they created and provided!

Been here twice since the review below and much better on the service and the food was great as usual... So, if this review was just for the top golf i would give it a 5 star but our wait time of 2 hours(which was expected) was spent w alyssa h. And i have to say that was the worst service we have recieved it over a decade.. placed our drinks and they came out fine and the food order was a struggle as i tried to suggest more sour cream instead of guac and she said they cant do that so i said ok just sour cream and no guac and she said well theres an extra charge which i was fine with..After receiving food, realized we had no silverware or napkins.. had to flag her down for that cuz she wouldnt look around when she came out to tables.. then after i finished my diey coke...20 min wait til i got fed up of her ignoring us and walked up to the bar to get a refill.. 2nd half of the visit went great.. got up to the bay and adam got us all settled in, let us pick the next song to play and made sure everything went perfect.. another superb player in the 2nd half was quinn h. She was polar opposite of alyssa.. very attentive very accommodating and willing to help with everything.. sorry i couldnt give 5 stars but its an all encompasing rating.. we will return again and hopefully the entire night will be great..

Trying to make an appointment for tonight for my wife and I and I want to get the half off price but they wanted my iCloud password which I haven’t used in years and I do not know. Get a new password and have to check for weeks and like I’m some crook or something with an 800 credit score And all I was trying to do is get a reservation at your half price on Wednesday and my wife and I come up and play the golf and get some food eat and drink. What have you accomplished it people on the phone or no help I just don’t think this is right for somebody that they can’t send a link or do something to get the app downloaded Just bad business

I planned and paid well over a thousand dollars for a birthday party for my son to be held at this location. They were not set up on time and got us to our bays a few minutes late. The bread for the sliders was sitting out in the open and ended up stale to where not many were eaten. The tater tots were extremely greasy to where they all fell apart. We ended up with left over food but we were not allowed to take it home and were not told that this was a rule. I looked through my contract and found nothing about this even on the link to rules provided in the contract. So tons of food that I paid for went to waste! The contact also called for reusable party cups for the kids to take home but when I got there I was told that wasn't the case. I showed them my contract and at the end when ALL of the kid had left, that was finally provided for me.I spent way too much money for these people to have an "off day" and not know what they are doing.I'd golf there again, but the large event I was planning there soon is not going to happen because I would never have another event there ever again!!

chantelle or however you spell her name was very rude and disrespectful When I asked for her name, she ran away from me because she knew she disrespected my whole family. We go there all the time she kept our balls off of the bed that we paid for. our total bill was $400 and she wasn’t even our server but came over started disrespecting us because my boys took three balls instead of one out of the dispenser because we have five minutes left. They need to look closer at the people they hire, but I will say Chandler was amazing, a great server and help so very much. he also helped with everything we needed we go there on the weekends to practice golf but after that experience, I can’t say we will be back again unless Chandler is our server

TopGolf is a great concept that has gone slightly off the rails. The game is so much fun. The start up, before play is horrible. Everyone needs a phone number and pay membership fee? With the cost of the service, this is an annoying upcharge that only serves to annoy customers and pad pocketbooks.Next. We had 9 people and were informed by Bree, who I assume is the manager, that we could only have 8. We had kids with us. Should someone wait outside ? When I posed the question, I was told that "as long as we behaved, she would allow it". Excuse me? Behaved? Not sure who she thinks she is but she used a very poor choice of words. She further informed me that if we wanted a second bay, we would have to wait 45 minutes.As a side note, there were a lot of open bays and she eventually gave us the bay next to the original. She was not pleasant and clearly having a bad day. None of which was my problem but she decided it was.Next. The cost. When the hell did hitting golf balls, drinks, appetizers, cost $500? The cost has gotten out of control. Yes we had nine people. But $500? To hit some golf balls?Love the concept. Hate the user experience and the horrible treatment by management.I guess you get what you get.

We had a group of 6, 4 of us got a drink at the bar before our bay opened up and then a bucket (6) beers when we got to the bay. Management then said we had enough to drinks for the night.
