Food is always great, however, every time I order pick up to this location (even when I give more lead time than the estimate) I am stuck standing there waiting for them to make my order in front of me. I’ve also noticed the staff does not acknowledge me for minutes or until I blurt out that I have a pick up.

Was really disappointed to have a bad customer service experience. I walked in and stood in front of the register without anyone acknowledging me. The workers had a personal conversation going and that was fine at first as I looked at the menu. But still no acknowledgment after a few minutes and just side eyes towards me.
Finally a young girl asked “what are you here for?” with a not friendly tone.
Which made me laughed and I simply replied “to order a smoothie” - that made me feel very awkward and unwelcome.
Now, I was the only customer in the building. And when I walked in there were maybe 2 cars in the drive thru.

Love tropical smoothie, Ive always been a Jamba Juice girly but I don’t think Tropical Smoothie gets enough praise they got a great menu from smoothie, wraps, salads, kids friendly menu and offer breakfast options. Additionally some are opened until 11pm! This locations atmosphere was good and they even had a fireplace! I got the new Dragon Fruit Smoothie and it was delicious! The drinks are a lot bigger 24 oz and still same price as a Jamba

I ordered an açaí bowl from Tropical Smoothie and was really disappointed. I specifically asked for no coconut, but they still added it. The bananas were black and clearly overripe, which made the bowl unappetizing. On top of that, there was Nutella smeared all over the outside of the cup, lid, and even the bag, making everything sticky and messy. The service was just as bad as the food — unprofessional and careless. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be coming back.

I visited on 7/16 to pick up an order for an açaí bowl and a cookie. After waiting in the drive-thru for 15 minutes with no movement, I backed out and went inside. I was told they were short-staffed and my order would be out shortly. After waiting another 15 minutes, I finally received my order—35 minutes late—only to find the cookie was missing.

When I checked the açaí bowl, it was freezer burnt with old-tasting fruit on top—completely inedible. I called the next day (7/17) and spoke with Izzy, asking to speak with a manager or supervisor. I was told no one was available and that there was no corporate contact to escalate the issue to.

It’s disappointing that there’s no clear resolution process. I’ll continue reaching out until I’m able to speak with someone in charge.

This place is a joke . They dont clean there ice maker it smells like sewage. The drive threw takes on average at least 15 min . They cant even make a cheese crisp right. They stop serving food at least an hr prior to close. There fruit bowls are frozen pre made . Don't go here over priced and not clean or fresh

me and my boyfriend went and we were waiting a long time, no one in line, we were the only people. they gave him a small drink after we said regular and said they can’t redo it. his was supposed to be strawberry banana and tasted like only bannna was in it. mine was sunrise sunset, only pineapple in it tasted very off.

The most perfessional and nicest employee just rang me out with my to go oder. It was refreshing to have excellent service. I got a monsoon smoothie ( I think). I am a first timer here.What a great experience all the way around! Thank you! I will be back with friends.

It was amazing, they were efficient, kind, and have such a great work ethic. I would like to thank everyone kindly on the team, they got through rush hour pretty amazingly! I look forward to visiting this location again 🩷

Great place, great meals and smoothies and the ladies the two workers named Syrianna and Ariel are awesome, nice everytime I go there ,love how sweet and helpful they were ,they always make it a good experience when I stop by. They deserve a raise !
