Great place, great meals and smoothies and the ladies the two workers named Syrianna and Ariel are awesome, nice everytime I go there ,love how sweet and helpful they were ,they always make it a good experience when I stop by. They deserve a raise !

Food is always good, as well as the smoothies.

I love the island green smoothie and acai bowl. They are oh so delicious 😋 I am always greeted with a smile and kindness.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has a lot going for it. The atmosphere is bright, inviting and pleasant. Their smoothies are also fantastic, as someone who drinks a lot of smoothies, Tropical Smoothie’s ranks towards the top! The food is pretty good and I do like how much you can customize the menu – that's a great feature. My biggest drawback is the pricing. Even with a combo meal, the pricing is a bit too much for me. I really like the place but I would go there more if the pricing was better, even like 3 to 4 dollars cheaper. Overall a pretty fun and tasty place!

We are obsessed with the acai bowls! My son got the peanut butter protein and my daughter just the original. I got the feta cheese, eggs and spinach wrap and it was incredible. The app is easy to use, the staff is friendly and the location is clean. I think it's nice they have a drive thru, although I don't always use it.

Seriously the worst Tropical Smoothie ive ever been to. They lied out there teeth about making us pull forward if you dont want your drive threw time to be high because your to slow to make a sandwhich just tell the truth. Also got a bad attitude because they forgot our sandwiches when they went to bring the smoothies that was dumb. Just all together rude liars. Smallest sandwhiches to. Other Tropical in town fills the sandwhiches this place put nothing on them. Asked for a side of sauce and then never got it. Waste of money save your money and gas and go to the other one in town. The reviews here suck for a reason

February 12th 2025 @ 4pm, employee taking orders thru drive thru. went in to get a smoothie and got a smoothie with coconut in it and the employee said they can’t make smoothies with coconut in it. Totally fine , I told them it’s okay they can leave the coconut out and she continues to say they can’t make the smoothie is general because the manager blocked it out the system so they can’t ring me up for it , that’s fine! I said well can you charged me a same price drink and make it? They said no because they have to ask the manager for permission and the manager wasn’t there so I would’ve had to wait for the manager to come back. Employee made it so difficult and needs better training on customer service, attitude was rude and didn’t even try to help me out or guide me to another option. And if I know any better not having a manager on duty is a violation?

I've had the flatbreads, wraps and multiple smoothies and have been happy with them all! Friendly staff as well! Would recommend

Stopped in on Friday and was greeted by a super friendly staff and the smoothies were delicious! I’ll definitely be visiting again!

We went through the drive thru Sunday at 9:55 on our way to church . There were no patrons in the store we ordered a two smoothies a Jetty and a Banana chia . We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. We get to the window where the girl proceeds to ask if it’s cash or card with no price then asked what order we were. Then asked us to pull to the front of the store where we waited for another ten minutes. And a very unkept man came and brought one of the smoothies to the car and then said he’d didn’t realize we were waiting on both went back in to MAKE IT. That’s when my boyfriend went in to get the smoothie and ask for a receipt , too where they also gave him the wrong receipt . We waited a total of 35 minutes for 2 smoothies . If you want to watch your business run itself into the ground, let two very incompetent employees run your business. Absolutely awful service.

Ordered a chia banana smoothie, chunks of nuts (I thought you used creamy pb), 2 whole figs that aren't blended into my drink at all, and about 1/2 cup of whole pieces of ice at the bottom of my expensive smoothie.
I've never had this happen before, but it seems the way you blend a smoothie is lost on whomever made this ice drink. I'd say smoothie, but you forgot to blend it. No wonder I got my drink in a few minutes and had to wait behind others for a bit.

New person working the drive through at 9:35 am on Friday 12/6 not good. Mistook my order then made me wait to fix until I directly confronted her by asking "so why cant you fix a customer service mistake you made right now?". Not good customer service. Also had a really bad attitude.

Been coming here for over a year and every now and then mistakes happen, that's ok, but never once had such a crappy customer service experience.

Update: same person working drive through, 12/9, same mistake. I make one minor change to a drink, and it seems she can't enter it in correctly. Please get this lady some more training!

The service stinks I called to let them know they messed up both the orders online did not even offer any assistance just oh I'm sorry and that's it 0 now I see why the reviews of 3.8. I guess it's hard to find good help these days. 2 orders both incorrect

Have been going to this location for years but tonight will be my last visit. Went at 7pm on a Friday night, dead parking lot, no one in line in drive thru. Ordered one smoothie and waited 10 min to pay 9 dollars for chunks of fruit and ice still in the cup, not fully blended.
