In the drive thru for 32 minutes…. Unreal. I get to the window & she doesn’t even know my order. She quoted me someone else’s. Terrible! Get your store straightened out. Won’t be returning.

I only ever order a smoothie and every time i come to the drive thru, they take FOREVER!! This last time i was sitting in my car for 15 mins!! I thought it must be busy or they’re very short staffed. I drive over to the front and there are 3 employees!! ZERO customers. Ridiculous! The smoothies are delicious but service is awful.

This is the best tropical smoothie location, they always make the best smoothies and one employee specifically is so kind and helpful with my order, she remembers me by name and is generous, consistent and caring…(Been consistently buying the same smoothie since I was a teen, I’ve probably had thousands at this point) so, if you want a great smoothie, this is the spot.

I had high hopes coming in because they are open late and I was in the mood for a late night treat. I showed up and it took them probably 15 minutes to make 2 smoothies with no one else in line. Then the lady handed me the 2 smoothies and got the names wrong. I came to find out that she handed me the wrong smoothie. They tasted horrendous. There was no flavor and they were practically water. This was the first time in my life that I bought a smoothie and didn’t even want to finish it. Never coming back

the management must have went downhill because this place used to be awesome. spent 20 mins in drive thru terribly slow service and quality lately! the worker in drive through was very sweet and friendly but there’s a core problem here.

The açaí bowl I got was mostly frozen, like something you’d get out of the freezer isle and the “granola” was a crumbled up Nature Valley bar. I haven’t been this disappointed in food in a long time.

I also was waiting at the window so long that I thought there had to be an additional window I missed, so I pulled forward, there was no second window, so I had to back all the way back up. Even then, no one opened the window to take my payment for several more minutes. (And when I came I was the only customer at the store.) Though I will say the employee who came to the window was friendly, so that was nice.

Overall though, I was very disappointed in the whole experience and won’t be coming back to this location.

I went to get a super green Caesar an hour before closing and the drive-through took 15 minutes to make a salad on top of completely messing up my order twice. I ordered a Caesar and I got ranch dressing as well as I ordered no spinach and receive spinach after already having to re-order it because they put tomatoes when I requested no tomatoes due to alergies. this was at the Gilbert Commons location and the worker was also beyond rude. When we told her she got the order wrong. We didn’t even come back to fix it because we felt they would just mess up the Order again

Quality feels consistent across visits, and portion sizes are satisfying. If you stop by before closing around 9 PM, it delivers exactly when you need a refreshing, trustworthy treat.

Food is always great, however, every time I order pick up to this location (even when I give more lead time than the estimate) I am stuck standing there waiting for them to make my order in front of me. I’ve also noticed the staff does not acknowledge me for minutes or until I blurt out that I have a pick up.
