Been stuck in a drive thru for over 25 minutes. They have helped 2 cars in 20 minutes. Driver in front of me mentioned the wait and the drive thru operator was unapologetic and rude. This location is in a business area and they don’t seem at all in tune to their customers or that they may be on a timed lunch break. A drive through helping one customer every 10-15 minutes even under the craziest of circumstances seems like very bad business with little regards to their patrons.
