If you’re expecting fresh food then this isn’t it. Got an acia bowl and the bananas were over ripe (bruised and moldy) and the acia was frost bitten. Whole this was disgusting. Also got the chicken pesto and it was soggy and the chicken tasted preheated. It was like extremely bad so bad that I had to write a review. Guess I’ll stay to local places for a good acia bowl.

​I just had to leave a review after my fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and it was all thanks to Sandy and Trey! From the moment I walked in, they were both so welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect and made some great recommendations. Sandy's smile and Trey's helpfulness truly made my day. The smoothies were delicious as always, but the outstanding customer service from these two employees is what really sets this location apart. Thank you, Sandy and Trey, for your wonderful service! I'll definitely be back soon.

First time to this location.

I got the new açaí bowl with Nutella.
Few issues.

1. The bowl was frozen and half the size I was expecting.
2. This place was ran by kids and all they did was chit chat the entire time I was there. Minus the 1 girl up front that had 0 personality.
If you are going to hire children to run this place, at least have a baby sitter so they do there job.
3. The smoothie we ordered took way too long with no one else in the building. There was 5 employees there is no reason any of this should have happened.

They all need to be fired and find better employees! What ever happened to customer service and workers having good out going personality’s!

Really wish they would have told me when I ordered an açaí bowl that it would be rock hard frozen. The toppings they put on fresh but the base is straight out of the freezer and is inedible for at least 15 minutes. When I asked the server if it was correct she said it was and they always come that way…Definitely would recommend going elsewhere like vitality bowls for your açaí bowl fix because not only do you have to wait for them to thaw, but they are small and they aren’t as good because they will never thaw out to taste the same as a fresh bowl!!

This is easily worst Ceasar wrap I've had. I was a lil thrown off cause it was hot and I've only had cold salad wraps before this but I didn't mind that too much in the end but that has to be the worst dressing ever. It had no resemblance of ceasar flavor. To make sure I was not crazy I didn't say anything and had my wife try it. She actually thought it was mayo because of the absence of flavor.

Nice staff and the smoothies look good so I'll go back and try one of those.

The food and smoothie was delicious, but there was a hair in the lid of my smoothie. It was disgusting.

The food is amazing and most the girls are super kind… There is one girl by the name of kylie i believe, her coworker called her this, and she is one of the rudest workers i’ve seen. She rolls her eyes at customers and makes you feel inhumane. Customer service is something simple, and if this is hard for someone like her, please don’t be in this industry. Normally I wouldn’t make a review like this, it just really angered me to see how she was treating her coworkers. Disappointed to say the least. Hope this gets back to the manager.
