Hands down best bang for your buck. Açaí bowl is a staple go to. But, if you're feeling a little savory the chimichurri steak wrap will get the job done. Such a friendly staff as well.

Loved my experience at Vitality Bowls Gilbert! I had the acai bowl and it was absolutely delicious—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. Friendly service and a great spot when you’re craving something healthy that still tastes amazing. I’ll definitely be back!

I have been making a regular Saturday morning trip to visit the Vitality Bowls in Gilbert for at least 2 years if not a little longer. I order through the online portal at around 7am knowing the store doesn't open until 7:30 but since I've been coming there for so long the staff generally is kind enough to get the order and usually have it ready by 7:30 so I can pick it up and be on my way. I know many of the staff by name and they knew mine.

Even if they don't have it ready by 7:30, I don't mind waiting 5-10 minutes while they make it. No problem. I'm a small business owner and I understand how things work.

However, this previous Saturday (Oct 4th), I placed my order online as usual and grabbed breakfast for the rest of the family while I waited for 7:30 for my wife's bowl at Vitality. When I arrived, the person who was working there hadn't seen the order yet, which was fine, and told me it would be 5 minutes or so. A few moments later she came back and said they couldn't complete my order because the base for the bowl was still frozen and would need to thaw. She did offer to change my order to a smoothie but my wife is lactose intolerant and so that wasn't an option; I get the bowl I do because it is safe for her and also very good.

I asked her how long it would take to thaw and she replied it would be about 2 hours, which I thought was kind of crazy since not being able to make a menu item until 2 hours after opening is wild, so I told her that wouldn't work and she said she would refund me the price.

I went to another shop a few miles away and got a bowl there, but I had been going to Vitality for years so it was a real letdown. I won't order again from Vitality this coming Saturday because I don't want to make the trip again only to not be able to get the order.

If this was just a temporary thing, then I will gladly come back, but if this is how the store will run the going forward, I won't be. (I originally attempted to send this through their email but it came back as undeliverable, so here I am.)

My kids were really excited to try this place during their fall break. But we were disappointed as soon as my daughter placed her order. As you can see from the picture of the menu board, the create your own bowl says- granola and honey plus 3 additional toppings. She chose strawberry, pineapple and kiwi as her 3 toppings. When we saw the screen it was charging us $1 for the last topping. When we questioned the cashier lady, she said that you can minus the granola if you want 3 toppings. I pointed her to the menu board. She said- I know but our system is set up this way and I cannot change it. You cannot falsely advertise to your customers and then over charge them! This is deceiving your customers! Out of principle we walked out of the place and ate next door.

Stopped by on my lunch break to grab two juices. The store was completely empty, but it still took about 25 minutes for my order to be ready. I ended up running late getting back to work, and not once did any of the staff acknowledge the delay—no apology, no “thanks for waiting,” nothing. Disappointing experience, especially given how slow it was.

Ordered a juice online and their juicer was broken. They took the order anyway and couldn’t get my juice.
I got a refund but I didn’t order a refund.
If you can’t do it, don’t offer it and waste people time

Ordered today for the first time in 5 months. I used to go here all the time, especially because I love the mulberry and goji berry topping options. The two bowls I ordered today didn’t have the goji berries on them. This used to happen all the time, even if they were extra toppings I paid an additional fee for. I’ve also gotten fruit with mold on it in the past. I’m done with this place. Today reminded me why I stopped going. The inside smells horrible too. Sticking to the other açaí bowl spot I found.

Bought three smoothies. All of them were awful and flavorless. I thought smoothies were fail proof so this was unexpected. Ordered online and their system wasn’t working so went to pick up my order and they never received it. Inside the restaurant there is an off putting smell as well. The staff were great though.
