You can generally not expect a lot when you go to Walmart. But I would bet something changed at this Power and Ray location. It is clean, associates mostly interact/acknowledge you. cashiers say hello and have a nice day!! Other stores should take a lesson from this location.

It's Walmart. You know what to expect and this store delivers. It's a large store with a wide variety of merchandise. It's typically well stocked and well maintained. We typically use self checkout so I can't really speak to the customer service, but I'll say those that are watching over the self checkout have been sufficiently friendly. I'm also happy to report that the restrooms have been clean each time we've visited.

Me and my friends where just walking and we where doing nothing when i mean nothing we where doing nothing and then we where saying how we where on the wrong side of the path way like how traffic flows so we voiced a car noise to go to the other side of the aisle and then a worker that was a man started to yell at us that we need to leave and that he was going to call the cops. Never go here they are disrespectful and kicked us out for no reason(we where actual customers) he threatened and harassed very aggressively. I did not feel safe at all by this man. you know it really sucks being a young woman in this world. I wouldn't even bring a child here because if they do anything like playing they will probably get kicked out. I wouldn't even rate this a one star . I have been a customer here for years and never felt this disappointed.

This is a typical walmart . Except one of the managers Nichelle is very rude and unprofessional. I over heard her talking very inappropriately with another worker. I had to turn around to read her name badge. Unbelievable. She just has a very evil look about her also.

Don't bother coming here if you need formula. They have it locked up and you have to press a button for assistance. That isn't my issue, my issue is that I've come here multiple times in the past and everytime I press this button associates will see me standing there pressing the button, acknowledge I'm there waiting, and yet walk past and ignore while still mentioning it. This isn't even the first time it's happened, and I've complained about it before and the manager said "Oh we'll fix it" Yet it happened more times after that. Obviously didn't fix it then yeah? I wouldn't bother coming here again, I'll be spending my hard earned money elsewhere. 0/10 on customer service and a 0/10 on handling it in a professional manner on the store operator.

Today something happened that I've never experienced before?? It was so strange? My husband was at self check-out going to purchase alcohol, groceries etc. I was with him in my gym clothes and we were both carded. He had his ID but I wasn't carrying mine and the angry lady said if your with him you need your ID card to.. I was wondering why? Then asked..I'm not buying it? there is no sign explaining this before hand otherwise I would have waited in the car for my husband to come out of the store. We ended up buying it at a different store no big deal. We won't be going back to Walmart anytime soon.

BEWARE OF THE OUTDOOR GARDEN AREA--I went out to grab some top soil in the corner of the outdoor area this evening around 7p. I came back to find an employee locked me out! What?! .... I called Walmart (no one picked up the phone). Thank goodness a stocker happened to come across me. The stocker had to get someone with a key to unlock the automatic door. I was locked out for almost 30 min.

Shorts, Tank Tops and capris. $5 and $3 when I checked out. $7 swim suit was $5 at check out. 5/5 Love the great sales and deals for the summer clearance. 5/5 Definitely worth it. I'll try to shop again before the sales and clearance is over. Customer service was great. I was at self checkout

This is a pretty complete store. there is a big grocery section, health and beauty including a pharmacy, a huge electronics section, and more. the prices here are comparable to most stores. for me it's a matter of convenience. Great location and everything in one place.
I was a traveler in the area who needed an item that was in short supply. The customer service department at the Mesa-Gilbert store went out of their way to help me out.

Why does this Walmart even have any stars at all. THEY NEVER HAVE ANYTHING. you know what they have??? Bunch of workers just standing around not doing shiz. Yo stock up on things. Management really sucks here. I am done coming here

This store has no regard for handicap people, one of their employee's named AJ- YELLED IN MY EAR [because I was unaware I was blocking another register with the electric cart] I HAVE GRAND MAUL SEIZURES, I gave this untidy employee plenty of chances to apologize that night, he never did but he did finally zip up his pants when he noticed them. This kid was not fit to be overseeing the self check out and thankfully my meds kept me off the floor. I reported this to walmart on their site thinking their might be some sort of resolution I was blown off, not surprising I use to belong to a group called sensational moms an online group walmart started and continued for several years I was one of the leaders and had to shop this store before I see nothing changed, and now the store is down to treating disabled people badly I wonder what the Americans with disabilities act would say?

Tried to make a return. Store hours are open until 11pm; nothing posted about customer service closing before then. I show up at 10pm and they tell me sorry, customer service closes at 10pm. So annoying and obviously they don't have any 'customer service'. That's what I get for purchasing from Walmart; no customer service.
