First off, stop charging people for sauce. I mean I understand from a business standpoint that you want to watch the cost but can we at least get 1 free sauce with our purchase. How can you pick and choose what sauce goes with what food? Then I ordered large fries and got pretty much a small. I know there were rushing but also I got a few frozen fries added too. Corporate needs to reevaluate charging .50 cents per sauce. Come on now, at least .25 and a free one. This is getting ridiculous. I won't be back

I normally don't rate fast food restaurants but this one went above and beyond the service was amazing by all team members. I want to thank the younger generation of workers here They were respectful and nice, something you don't normally get from this generation. I appreciate each and every worker here. The dining room area is well kept.

I went to this location with a mobile order pick up.When I got to the car I noticed my bag was missing a spicy nugget. I went back in and Spencer apologized. It was genuine apology not like hurry up its rush hour get out of here. He than proceeded to make sure I didnt need anything else and thank me for my patience. This is the type of customer service everyone needs to have. The world has so much going on in it. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.

Submitted a DoorDash order. Did not give us the Frostys we paid for. The Dasher told them they were missing. The Dasher said “the lady assured me they were in there.” They were not. Delivery mixups happen - a lot - we get it - but they were told it was wrong and yet they ignored the situation.

This location is trash compared to others. Miserable drive-through women had a piss poor attitude, she didn’t want to sell me a frosty, food was cold and I did not receive my receipt that I requested, I assume so I couldn’t take the survey and complain .

They keep getting worse and worse. Why is it so hard to read a ticket or and order? This is the 3rd time in a row my food has been messed up. Yall need to stop smoking on the job and do the work right.
