apparently it takes an hour and a half to prepare the chili. Soooo, since lunch starts at 1030, when should they start making the chili? Because they start at 1030.

I’m mad because me and my family went to get their Halloween toy after the pumpkin patch. Advertisements out the wahzoo, we order 3 kids meals they didn’t put the toys in the bag, so we go back around and they tell us that they ran out of toys. We WOULD NOT have spent money on kids meals, we would have split an adult meal for them. You can say “so what, no big deal” but it was to my kids that night. If you can’t offer what you advertise at least tell me before I waste my money.

I don't typically have highest expectations for Fastfood.Got my food pulled out the jr cheese burger to eat while I got on the free way to discover a nearly cold burger, worst burger of my life but hey I'm hungry.

I went today to eat with my son and placed an order and it was made incorrectly twice. I asked for a refund and they were rude about it. Highly do not recommend this location.I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES WITH SERVICE AND MY FOOD ORDER HERE!!!

9:15 in the morning went there to get a cup of coffee and a bacon egg and cheese croissant they told me the coffee would be 2 minutes I waited 7 minutes and still no coffee went to the drive-thru window again spoke to the assistant manager he told me he was short-handed and they were just now brewing it do I want to come in and help. The restaurant was not crowded at all Three people were working and they couldn't have coffee brewed in anticipation of the morning breakfast demand.
I was a loyal Wendy's customer until today.

Horrendous quality of food, service, and atmosphere. The resturaunt looks as if the last time it was cleaned was on opening day. I visited September 14, and was given what looked to be the most disgusting burger ive ever gotten. Ive had Mc Donalds and Jack in the Box burgers with 30 times the quality.

This location is such a bad representation of Wendy's its actually crazy. They should just close the store down in my opinion since it seems literally nobody there could care less about the place they work.

Drive thru lists its hours until midnight but I’ve never seen it open past 11:30. I work late and it’s pretty frustrating, since there isn’t another Wendy’s near by.

i was told that the manager at this location William does not allow multiple orders per car in the drive thu and i have also experienced this same manager while picking up door dash orders intrupting the workers flow and slowing them down to make himself seem more important. this manager clearly cares about his ego more than the customer experience. I will not be returning to this location for my own meals until this manager is removed. all other employees were very kind and professional and I feel bad for them having to work under William.

I came to take an order and the cashier couldnt even make eye contact with me. Could barely even list the sauces available since ranch was not available. I had two medium drinks with the order and i asked for a cup holder and they didnt have that either. Probably the worst experience i have ever had with a cashier
