I ordered through the drive-through. I ordered the new mushroom burger. The burger was listed on the sign for 6.59. My bill was over 8.30. No receipt was provided, so I can't see why. The burger was certainly not worth $8 it was not even worth $6. The food was just not good. The price was inflated.

These employees always forget something I order and never treat anyone well. I swear I tell them multiple times I need something and trust them to put it in the bag but they forget even after I pay extra for something. Train your employees and stop forgetting stuff people pay for.

Antoinette is the best. I’ve been coming here for years. My son always gets the same thing. When she hears the order being taken she always comes over to say hi. I love her vibe and always smiling.

Just went through the drive-through at the Wendy’s on baseline and Gilbert only one car ahead of me. The person that took my order was very nice. Same person was at the window. Very nice. My hamburger was fine but I got these nasty old. French fries. Look like they’ve been there since morning. I don’t understand. It wasn’t like they couldn’t fry up some more friesvery disappointed. Don’t live close enough to drive back.

Ordered a chicken sandwich, no complaints. Recommend ordering Fresh food as the sandwich was just a tad on the “cold” side of things but it was delicious none the less, as is most Wendy’s food is.

Tiffany the manager is probably the kindest person I've ever encountered, I haven't come here since Ryan was manager because he was an absolute horror to both employees and customers. The manager was so sweet kind to her employees kind to me and greeted us instantly. She solved the problem I had with the app excellently come here if you want excellent service

Came in to grab a burger with the wife and kid, 1 person in the lobby and 1 in the drive thru. Took 20 minutes to get 2 burgers and fries and a kids chicken nugget meal. Burgers sat on the counter while cars started backing up in the drive thru, the crew didn't bother getting our order finished, instead they continued to push the cars out while my food sat getting cold. Very disappointed in the experience here.

I went to go order 10 sausage biscuits from this location. The manager was very rude and disrespectful. Told me that if I was gonna order that mini I’m on as well freaking called in in a rude and disrespectful voice. I would highly recommend for nobody to go this Wendy’s in the morning

They completely forgot my frosty. Went back 3 hours later to get the frosty they forgot. Phone lines are disconnected. When I returned the soda machine was still empty and nobody came to refill it. When I asked why, the guy at the register said there was no time to do it and then he walked away. It’s really frustrating when you spend over $30 on a fast food restaurant and this is the service you get.

The manager Tiffany was very
unprofessional and was absolutely no help today. It took over 15 minutes to get our take out order. Tiffany claimed there was staffing issues yet there were 8 employees working, with one or two more coming in for their shifts so we were outright lied to.

The freestyle soda machine was empty for everything and when we were pouring a drink it would run out completely. I notified Tiffany that everything was out or running out and she did absolutely nothing and pushed it off onto another guy and wouldn’t fill drinks for us from other machines. She blatantly said “oh the guy is supposed to come out and do that” five minutes later nobody had come out and she said to me “oh he hasn’t been out yet?”

I do want to mention the new girl trinity was doing an amazing job and was very friendly. Taylor was doing an amazing job of running the show and completing orders and was very courteous. Please let these two employees know they’re doing terrific and going above and beyond even when the restaurant was severely struggling.

Tiffany needs to do better. She wasn’t solving any issues and wasn’t courteous at all, little to no customer service skills. She was extremely rude to trinity while taking our orders and was somewhat threatening to her about cash handling, keep in mind this nice gal was in training with nobody willing to help her. I expect better from the managers. Please treat your employees with kindness and maybe they’ll stick around longer.

Overall we were in this wendys for over a half hour waiting to order then waiting for our food. It is completely unacceptable for people to wait 15+ minutes for a single frosty that comes out thawed and needs to be remade. The freestyle machine is constantly neglected and every time I’ve visited about half of the choices are empty and many more empty the second you try to pour them. There was ice all over the floors and trash shoved into the napkin dispensers. I genuinely do not recommend this location and I’m very disappointed with the people running this location.
