I ordered from this location on my DoorDash app and Wendy’s failed to give my dasher the 2 frostys. I went through my DoorDash app informing them that I was missing my two items so they gave me a credit. When I went to reorder the frostys to use the credit, I was being charged a service fee because my total was under $12 and I’m paying for tip again so I canceled my order and decided to drive to Wendy’s to avoid paying another $6 out of pocket aside from the credit. I went to Google Wendy’s and place an online order for the two frostys. I pulled up through the drive thru and the man at the window said we needed to go inside to get the frostys because it was a DoorDash order. I informed him that I’m not from DoorDash that I placed it online through Google. He went and brought the Frostys and told me I needed to park and come inside next time. I explained to him that they failed to give my Frostys to my Dasher so here I am reordering them and my confirmation did not say to come inside and he reiterated that I have to go inside next time. He seemed annoyed that I was even making it a point to explain. Terrible attitude and customer service.

Came here Friday night and the woman running the drive thru was extremely rude and lacked any customer service skills. Also they happen to mess up my order every single time we come which is just outrageous. Please get some better management to train these kids you have running the store. It’s like a damn youth center in there.

I love the taco salad. I have never been disappointed provided all the toppings are included in the bag. Oh, and the occasional side of fries or chicken strips with pepper ranch dip.

This was honestly the worst experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. My friends and I went to get food at 10 and the lobby was closed so we went through the drive thru we were super polite and took a minute to order the employees were super rude and giving us a ton of attitude I paid for my food took it and drove to sit in the parking lot due to the store being closed after a few minutes we realized they forgot our spoon for our frosty and that we wanted more fries so we went back through the drive thru once again I was supper polite but this time the girls were being super mean and brought out their manager who was super mean as well. After we got our stuff we drove back to the parking lot to eat where the employee just glared at us through the window and kept making motions at us which were confusing and rude. After like 20 minutes the cops pulled up saying the employees complained that we were being annoying when we didn’t do anything wrong. Honestly a terrible experience and won’t be going back to this location ever again because there was no need for that.

I just stopped in at the Wendy's on Baseline, just east of Gilbert Rd. I cannot remember ever eating at Wendy's before, really. Anyway, I usually get a cheeseburger and fries in the "other" franchises I frequent. They are ok and just a basic single burger with cheese. Not so at this Wendy's. I know, you are like sure, they are pretty much the same. Well, I will always get this meal there now. That was a big, loaded cheeseburger like I used to get way back. This had everything, lettuce, tomatoes, dressing, good cheese, onions! This was loaded on the big bun and just made all of the difference. First time I've found a cheeseburger made and stacked like this. Just try it if you are doubtful. Really. The staff were all really nice with genuine smiles on top of it!Parking: Open parking surrounding this place.Kid-friendliness: This is a cheerful, clean place to take your children.Wheelchair accessibility: The parking, entryways and even tables are wheelchair accessable.

This is probably the worst fast food location I have ever been to in my life.The staff is atrocious. No one works hard, no one is polite. They act like taking your order is a major inconvenience and there are constantly problems between them and customers.Truly miserable individuals working there. They should go do something they enjoy more and stop making their lives everyone else’s problem

It's a Wendy's. American fast food hamburger chain. Slightly wider menu variety than some other burger chains. Their Frosty is incredibly refreshing on a desert summer day! You either like their food or you don't.Vegetarian options: Probably a salad or baked potato but the main draw is beef burgers.Parking: Plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: Very kid & family-friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Always clean, love the mobile app so I get there and my food is ready. Not very busy inside so I order ahead, then eat inside. App can be a little buggy, but that's a corporate issue.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. First the cashier acted like she didn't understand me and when I got to the window the employee was with the airpods and dancing. Then I waited about 15 minutes for my food to come out. Then they gave me half of the regular nuggets as I had ordered and since they were short they put the rest of the spicy ones. This is not done because you pay for a meal and for a service, not so that your food is treated as if it were worthless.
