Rude! Rude!! RUDE!!

EXTREMELY Unprofessional manager (Amy) and female GENERAL MANAGER working on 2/18/25 at approximately 3:30pm!

I am contacting corporate!! This place should be shut down! It’s filthy! The managers speak to customers in a horrific manner!

Management gives out FREE FOOD right in front of paying customers! THEY REFUSE TO ADDRESS CUSTOMERS IN A KIND AND CONSIDERATE MANNER!

Management is extremely corrupt! They are happily giving out food and sharing amongst each other that they have absolutely no concern that they could lose their jobs!

How come one person was doing all the work? I went through drive through waited 10-15min for my food. My wife went in to use the bathroom and came out only saw one person working in the whole store and it was only 945. When we finally got our food half of it was cold and that same poor girl was who ran out to hand it to us looks like she needs a lot of help. Where's everyone who works here? Why does it take so long to get food out shouldn't everything already be made fresh perorder?

This location has the friendliest staff of perhaps any fast food restaurant. Food is great as well. Just wanted to leave a review because they made a great impression.

Is there something I’m missing? Every time I come here, they make me pull up and wait at least 10 minutes. Is it what I’m ordering? I should probably learn my lesson and just not come back here so it’s partially my own fault I guess. It’s not a staff issue. I’ve literally seen employees laughing and cutting it up and telling jokes. Help me out here. Not sure this is the customer service model you’re shooting for is it?

Black dude with the long hair was completely rude. He gave me the evil eye and wasn't very polite. The lady in front of me had an issue with getting an item after they paid for it and they didn't give them their money back and no apology to the lady.

Told me they were closed in the Drive Thru at 10:55 PM when they close at 11:00 PM. I hadn’t meant to come so late but I get out of work at 10:30 and this was the only thing on my way home.

Slow service for overpriced low quality cold food.

Make you sit in the parking lot for 15 minutes while they make your food. At the same time your fries get cold because they either don't care or take them out of the frier 15 minutes before you get your order. There are five other fast food restaurants on the same intersection and any other one would be a better choice. Don't go here.

The MOST ghetto Wendys you could ever visit. Made to wait for food after going through drive thru. Food still came out cold.

I wanted to dine in, but the door was broken. We went through the drive through and it took forever, the young girls at the window were yapping when we finally got there. When we got acknowledged they were rude. The food was substandard compared to what we use to get before this new manager came.I went back a couple days later and the door was still broken, I was told Vanessa is the new manager, she is worthless. The place has become toxic since she took over, I'm done with Wendys, money's to tight to waste on bad service and substandard food.

I'm not sure if it was an off night or what you are going on, but we sat in the drive-through line for 30 minutes (only a few cars). I think the lady taking orders was not doing well and seemed a little “frazzled”

I had over 600 points and I had an offer for a free sandwich for 200 points I went to the app put the sandwich on my membership card and she scanned it at the window. They said it’s not working. She scanned my code again and I wanted to get the free fries day. They offered on the app, but she said you have to purchase something to get the free sandwich and I’m like that doesn’t make any sense. I gain the points to get the free why should I have to buy something ? I . Had her take the fries off ( thinking that was the problem) . with just the free sandwich for 200 points. I order there all the time to gain the points Then she says I don’t know anything about the point Your app has it I said. ? Perhaps more training on the points since your corporation offers it? She made me feel like I was pulling a fast one or something. She ended up just giving me the sandwich because I was holding up traffic at the drive-through. She didn’t deduct my points, which I appreciate. But the whole interaction was Not a good experience.

The food was good. I came here with my 2 daughters and noticed all of the staff using profanity in the kitchen. Including who I think is the team lead as I noticed he was also telling the team about breaks, ETC.. It is what it is.. if the store manager sees this, please tell your team to be conscious of what they say.

9/11/2024:

Purchased breakfast today from this Wendy’s. 2 bacon burritos, a sausage biscuit sandwich and a biscuit with gravy. Had to wait as eggs needed to be cooked. When order was finally received biscuits and gravy were not in the bag. Had to ask for them.

When we got home we had received a bacon biscuit not sausage. Instead of 2 bacon burritos we received 1 bacon and 1 sausage which was barely wrapped. Burritos had no potatoes in them as advertised on website and the cheese sauce on both was disgusting.

This location is always understaffed and the food is hit or miss.

Recommend going to a different Wendy’s.
