Waited For the cashier because he wasn't signed into the register. This took 3 minutes. Then they couldn't figure out how to get the credit card machine working which took several minutes. By the end of it all. I waited almost 11 minutes for my order. The staff was super friendly. He did comp me with a coupon book and that was a nice gesture. The food was good.

Went through the drive through and was told to pull up and wait for my order, 20 minutes later still no food. I had to go inside, wave someone down because no one was at the front counter, and once I told them my order they finally got my order made. Will never be back to this location.

The potatoes tasted like they had been sitting for way longer than they should of...im afford to eat the sandwich.
Today is 4th of july. I am a caregiver. My client and her son wanted wendys at 930 am. When i say the staff this morning went out of their way to please me. Let me say I AM IMPRESSED. The staff deserves someyhing management! For this day was super great because of them.

Cassandra was at front.. great job!!! It's Wendy's fast food and dining room... The service was better than the food... Large chili with onions and cheddar... Cassandra offered me both sour cream AND chili hot sauce .. I'm not a lover of hot 🔥 but it added a nice pop .. no other Wendy's ever has offered these to me and I eat lots of chili at Wendy's... I hope Cassandra is there next time her service with a smile was very nice to have... Also hotter chili temperature 🌡️ wise...
