Elle is always so friendly. Some fast food places make mistakes and/or are very grumpy. Every time I go to this Wendy’s for my son’s snacks we enjoy being treated so nice and they never mess up our order like a bunch of other local drive thrus do!

I placed an order thru the app and made a mistake on the location. I was supposed to be refunded because I never picked up my food but I still haven’t received it I called to see if they could give me any information about it and the night manager Ellie was very rude and not helpful at all. And was basically laughing at me cuhz my mistake I made a manager at a different location informed me I should have received my refund already and said maybe something on Wendy’s end was done incorrectly.

Food was ice cold. Fries were at least 2 hours old. My Jr cheeseburger had a small metal wire in it that stabbed my mouth. Will never be back and recommend others to avoid this location.
I did not get the names of the wonderful group of employees who helped us out today. We bought a large order of frostys and they worked with us, communicated with us, and were able to fulfill the order promptly so we could pick them up. All of the employees were incredibly friendly. Thank you so much for the help!

Terrible location homeless people in the parking lot and the food was stale like it had been sitting!!! Restrooms are unsanitary and the restaurant itself is just disgusting hope this gets to the owner !!! Would not recommend this location very disappointed!! Waste of time and money !!!
