I'm no longer going to this location and I am not eating Wendy's until the location at Dobson and Southern opens. I waited in the drive thru for over 20-30 minutes. Their speaker was broken so their service was slow, which I was understanding of. When I got my food, the two 10 piece chicken nuggets I ordered tasted disgusting and were cold and stale.

First time I’ve ever been shocked at how rude someone is. I pull up to the drive thru box to a very rude “WHAT can I get for you?” I order, and leave to a “k second window”. Maybe he was just having a bad day.

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. My daughter ordered food through drive through and while she was driving away opened the bag of food and her hamburgers literally had no meat, just the bun. She went into store and asked for a refund and they refused. The people working even called police on her because she was demanding a refund. The took it out on a debit card, which money is taken out right away. However, they want the purchaser to wait 3-4 business days for a refund. Don't ever enter this establishment they are a rip off. Manger was also complicit in this he ordered the employees to call police.

Typical fast food but upon walking up to the counter I witnessed an employee adding fries into a bag, then he reached back in and grabbed a fry and ate it. He took my order with the fry partially out of his mouth. Realistically myself and my buddy should have left. I used to eat here a lot but after that I'm pretty grossed out.
