That women at the drive through is with doubt the most rude person there is. Had to repeat several times what I wanted and still got the order wrong. I ordered at window Fry’s hard and cold. Burger cold not taste, She Always interrupted while trying to order. I’m going to contact corporate.

Placed a delivery order and it was both wrong and late. Their connection with DoorDash is a bit suspect. Driver picked up 4 other orders after mine before delivery and food was completely cold and Frostys melted beyond the fact that they messed up the order. This shouldn't be that hard. Very disappointed.

Customer service definitely isn’t a priority here. Cashier could only do one order at a time and then would fill the order before taking the next order. Even other customers were saying “Faster, faster” lol.

Shout out to Christina who was amazingly kind to me when I pushed within one minute of breakfast being over!! She was out of egg but let me substitute so I could still get my breakfast biscuit that I was craving! While waiting a butthole of a teenager pulled up to the order breakfast was over... Started revving his engine acting like he was going to ram my car to get me out of the way because he couldn't order breakfast. I was kind enough to move and Christina was kind enough to walk my food out to me so that I didn't have to get out of the car and come in. I am handy abled and it is difficult to walk so I appreciated her kind service and just wanted to give her a shout out!!

Out of a Ten piece meal, I got 8 nuggets. Petty or Lack of Quality Control? Too busy to go back and get my 2, nor do I wish to broach the subject. Shame Wendy's. Shame.

I visit your location regularly, but the woman working the drive-thru window is consistently rude—especially when making a simple request like asking for any accommodations to the order.
You’d think I’d have stopped coming by now, given how often this has happened. There’s nothing more frustrating than spending $$ on a meal for one and being treated with such poor attitude every time.

It's a normal Wendy's. The atmosphere is not exciting but the food is reasonably priced. The line is usually much shorter here and the weight is shorter here when compared to the In N Out on the opposite corner. The restrooms do not require a key or a code and the condiments and napkins are available to the public, which is a nice touch.
