The dude working the register needs to slow down and calm down he is moving so.fast he isn't even getting the names of the orders right and he is talking so loud and they dont even carry swiss cheese and the dude is very rude and the bacon is so tough u cant eat it i have ate at a better location then this and the guy i am complaining about is not even wearing his name tag and his uniform is dirty

I know mistakes are made from time to time but this was terrible “Asiago chicken combo “ fry’s were cold it’s just sad I feel like absolutely no effort was put into my meal. Chicken was tough and stringy and cold! Only thing that was warm was the bun. Also the chili I ordered was cold! the guy making the food looked me in the eyes and still served me 15$ of crap not to mention the computer was down so I couldn’t use my rewards. Y’all gotta do better please!… so I came back in the morning and Ramon one of the mangers did make things right by giving me breakfast so shout out to him for being a understanding gentleman!

The woman in the drive thru told me to back up 5 feet because my order wasn’t ready and I was messing up their timer. There was nobody in line and she said she didn’t want me pulling into the mobile spots. I asked why I couldn’t just sit where I was since no one was in line and she said I needed to back up for 5 minutes because the timer was running. I explained that I wasn’t doing that and that this was dishonest. She then had my order in 10 seconds so they’ll let your order just sit around and have you park for no reason because they don’t wanna mess up their timer.

I got some really old food my last visit. My fries & chicken nuggets were stone cold. & you could tell my double stack had been setting around for awhile. It was melded together. :/

I made an online order to pick up my food via drive-through. I’ve never had an issue on the app however, on Sunday, I go and show up to the to the drive-through and proceed with my order. I go to the window and they say that they don’t have it I show my receipt. I show the order number And the drive-through lady was condescending, rude and completely ignore me. She suggested for me to call my bank to get my refund and ignored me I asked her to speak with the manager and she said I am the manager and I was like you’re being rude and you’re not helping me and she’s like well. There’s nothing that I can do and slam the window at me. I’ve never had an issue at this Wendy’s, but this will be my last time going to this one.

I normally don't do reviews but I stopped in and grabbed a frosty which was fine, service was fine, however when I started eating my frosty later the middle was hollow. Accident maybe? But how many Frosties are served daily? Just curious.

Wow, I actually never leave reviews but after the phenomenal service we just received at Wendy’s from a gentleman that’s changed (8/9/24)

He took our order and fully customized our order and did it with a smile we could feel through the speaker.

On top of customizing almost all our food it was done super quickly and delicious.

Thank you so much, we wish everybody could be met with the hospitality we were just offered.
