I placed a (pretty big) order on the app and went through the drive through to pick it up, they forgot one of my 4 piece nugs so i whipped it back through to tell them and some fast food places don’t believe you, think you’re scamming, or are stingy about it, but they were super nice and gave me two 4 pieces for the inconvenience. will definitely return!!
next time don’t half do an order and ship it off
Good food and affordable prices. The drive thru staff could not hear me despite me raising my voice and turning off my car engine. Other than that, it was a quick and affordable drive thru experience.
First time eating breakfast from here. I got the bacon, egg, cheese biscuit sandwich. It is very compatible with other fast food sandwiches. I also got the meal which came with potato wedges. Those were tasty and seasoned nicely compared to the greasy potato patties you get with the competition. I also got coffee, but the taste was similar to that at the truck station.
The drive thru was quick and easy and the employee was very friendly.

Waiting at the register for five minutes, nobody acknowledged me till somebody started grabbing cups from the back counter. Got my order wrong twice and still forgot my nuggets. Felt kinda racist
How do these people still have jobs? Waited in line for 20 minutes. No sign of life inside.

My doordash only ever lets me order from this location and every single time I have ever ordered, it is wrong. Theres always missing items, missing ingredients, got someone else’s order, no sauce, no drink, etc. There is always something wrong like the employees aren’t even reading the order receipt and are just tossing whatever they want into the bag. You custom make your burger or add on extra things you pay for? Best of luck. You’ll just get a whole different thing you didn’t even order.
It’s upsetting because shouldn’t the employees confirm all the contents are in or with the bag before it all gets sealed up? So it must be lazy employees who simply don’t care enough cause you’re not there in person to make sure your order is right. They just simply don’t care if it’s an online order.
I’ve made multiple complaints to DoorDash regarding this location and after reading the other reviews to this location on DoorDash, it appears this is an ongoing issue for others as well.
It’s almost concerning enough to write to a district manager or corporate representative because if your employees don’t care enough to be handling customers orders correctly, they shouldn’t be working fast food.
I never write bad reviews because I'm always understanding and have worked fast food myself. I never expect my fast food to look or be perfect, but I do at least expect my food, that I have paid doubled or nearly triple priced for, to all be in my bag.
McDonalds is cheaper and busier than this place, but at least they still give you your whole order!

I came here and order my food and I wait 10 minutes on the window. I told them I m late for my work and they said egg is not ready and said can u refund I m late for my work and they said manager is not here so I can’t refund.
I leave my food and went to work after wait almost 10-12 minutes
and no refund
Stood in line for over 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging or asking if I needed help. Not the type of service I need if I want to have a quick lunch on my break.
