When we’re out and about on Sunday mornings, this Whataburger is our go-to breakfast stop. There’s just something comforting about pulling into that orange-and-white building, knowing the food will hit the spot every time. The breakfast sandwiches come out hot, fresh, and perfectly made — the kind of meal that makes the day feel like it’s starting off right.

The team here always greets us with friendly smiles, even when it’s busy, and the service stays fast and consistent. It’s become a little Sunday tradition for us — great food, easy vibes, and that unmistakable Whataburger flavor that never disappoints.

This location is AWFUL. Today I waited in the drive thru line for 25mins after I ordered. There were only 2 cars ahead of me. No apologies from the people working they could care less and the food was cold by the time got it. Fries here seem like they have been sitting for hours they are cold and hard. I would never serve these if I worked somewhere. Surprised their manager doesn’t check food quality. Disappointed won’t be back.

Decided to try Whataburger for lunch. Not worth it. We ordered. We had to wait at least 15 minutes for our burger, apparently waiting for the bacon. We had to pull up away from the drive-thru window to wait. The burger was just under $10 and when we finally got our order, it was underwhelming. Definitely not worth the $9.52 we paid. It wasn’t even hot when we got it! You’d be better off going to In-n-Out to get a Double Double for only $6 and way tastier. I was curious and deviated from my usual place and regretted it.

They gave me cold fries! They tasted like they were microwaved after being in the fridge overnight. I had to wait 10 mins for this lol I rarely eat here so it’s a shame that I wasted money on this place.

15 min wait this morning and fries were old and hard as a rock. Tasted like they were 2 hours old. Definitely not wasting my money here ever again. Sad they would sell something I know they wouldn't eat themselves

food is great as always service was terrible , at first it just felt petty by calling me clearly a dude a mam , then when my friend gave his name for the order they kept saying the wrong thing even after he spelled it out they spelled it back to him wrong several times ??? and you can hear them giggle in the back as if it was intentional because someone in the back clearly laughed and said drew . On top of that no sauce yup something as simple as sauce i couldnt even get . none in any bag didnt get spicy ketchup didnt get the honey mustard or bbq that i paid for either

2 seperate visits.
A) sunday noonish to 'check it out'
Ordered milk shake and large fries.
Milk shake came out res9ectable time, very nicely made.
10min still no fries.
Went to ask.
'Coming right out'.
Fries were not just cold.
Fries were shriveled from sitting under warmer for a very long time.
There were 2 other customers inside building.

B) thursday evening 6pm-ish.
Maybe three other tables seated with customers.
Ordered two burger meals.
All aspects of the 'cooked' food were long food warmer kept temp.

Seems they are over batching precook food and serving long standing food warmer food.

I put teo stars because it might be taken more serioisly than just a 'one star complainer'.
Other locations, a bit farther away from my house, serve freshly cooked ingredient meals.

Each time I have gone they've messed up my order. The first time I went they forgot a whole burger? It was an app order there was no way for them to mishear me or misunderstand me. The second time I went I asked for a #1 with ketchup and cheese only and I got a #1 with cheese and like 9 pickles. My bun also had white flour or whatever it is all over the bottom literally falling off the bun. Fries were old hard and cold. I'm not sure if it's because they're all teenagers goofing off (they couldn't control their laughter on the headset when I was trying to order) or if they genuinely just suck at their job. Maybe both with the service i've received but I definitely won't be returning. This place is money down the drain! I'd much rather drive further to the other one.

Restaurant was cold. I actually started to shiver while waiting 20 minutes for my food.I went up to complain and my order miraculously appeared. I think they had it under a heat lamp instead of bringing it to me. I love Whataburger but the ones in the east valley are horrible.

I was order number no. 91989x two bacon chz we with cheese, no ice not enough to fill my cup, asked for some never it, when they brought the food no condiment try asked for catsup never got it French Fry’s were cold Not an enjoyable experience never got my tea. Wasted $25 dollar

This location is terrible, every time we order they get something wrong. If the staff would actually do their job instead of just bullshitting. Its not that hard to read the order. They waste the company money by making bad orders. Do better!
