Theresa is the only person who actually cares in this place (and the reason for a 3 star vs a 1 star rating). It’s actually impressive that she is able to maintain her professionalism in that environment. So good on her. Other employees do not GAF and act like it’s a bother to even serve you. Decent burgers though.

Never really write reviews but after my 4th visit now, never again. First 3 times order was wrong or done with very little effort. The last and final time was today when I went to try their breakfast. Only 2 cars in line in front of me. After I ordered, 17 mins had went by and not a single person got their food. So myself and the person in front of me just left. This is the worst location ever.

My daughter and I came in after a long day and I had forgotten my wallet. Teresa the manager went way above and beyond she brought us 2 whataburgers, fries, and a drink. Everyone in the store was very kind. I would highly recommend you stop here for any meal.

when ppl order zero sugar drink 90+ is for diabetes and not actually a calorie watcher double check you actually giving zero
Employees were super friendly and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. Stopped here at 3:00am for a snack after driving uber all night. The fried apple pies are to die for. Those things I have to buy them by the 4s.

I was the only car in the drive thru. I placed an order for 2 apple pies. That’s it. After waiting for several minutes, I was told it would be another 7 minutes. I asked for my money back and was given $2.16. I told the attendant the total was $4.31. It took another 5 minutes just to get the rest of my money. When she gave me the money, she didn’t say a word.

I haven’t had Whataburger in probably 15 years and I’m NOT impressed. The staff is great but this was NOT worth $19 in the least. A single patty with bacon, a medium fry, and a medium drink as well as a small strawberry shake is insane. The taste is just like everything else. The fries were gross. No flavor and mushy. The shake had BARELY any strawberry in it. It wasn’t even really vanilla. It had no flavor and I literally threw it away. $4.30ish in the trash. The strawberry swirl was like a light pepto bismol pink color and it didn’t even look appetizing. I could’ve gone to BK for half the price. Half. Hell Dairy Queen is a 1/3 of the price and exactly the same. I wish I could get my money back. I’m pissed. The stars were for the staff and that’s about it.

3rd strike I'm out. Just got back today, 10/24/2025, with an order that was totally WRONG. I am not going g back to get corrected because that place is a joke. Decided to order ahead of time online, trying to mitigate wait times that are excessive. Ordered 2 JR whataburgers got home they had no lettuce. Tomato or onions, I even had 1 with green Chile paid .80 extra, nothing but patty and buns, what a joke! Stay away, ho to the whataburger on baseline.
Asked for onion rings. Got cold fries
