Don’t let this hidden Gem pass you by. From the pizza to the burgers to even some of the best chicken tenders I’ve ever had. This food definitely stands out, do not sleep on the PB&J burger. They have completely overhaul this place from what it was before and it’s brick oven pizza will make you Beg for more.

The staff are not only friendly but personable. They really give the place a comfortable easy going vibe. So I tried the peanut butter and jelly burger with bacon. I know, sounds crazy but I had to know. I'm so glad I tried it because it was sooo good! The French fries are crazy yummy too. Can't wait to try more on the menu 😋

I am a “regular” at smoke and grain, mostly because of the service, but also the food.
This establishment is one my favorite places, where the best bartenders work. Almost a “cheers bar” where everyone knows your name and what you drink. I have made endless friends, relationships; and memories at this place,
Beyond all of this, there is a manager, Adam, who always has the best customer service and interests in mind. On almost every evening that I have been here, Adam has been here. He’s wiping tables, answering questions to the menu, having conversations with customers, running food. In my opinion, holding down the fort. In my opinion, a good manager is the backbone of an establishment. Adam’s hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and I appreciate all he does. Adam is an asset to this restaurant.
Last, the bartenders, Zoey, Hallie, and Kenna are
the best. They always know what you drink, what you eat and what you need.
Next time you go in; make sure to thank your bartenders and Adam! Many times managers go unnoticed. Adam deserves a huge shout out in addition to the tenders.
100% recommend!!!!!
A bar at a shooting range? Yes... but let's be smart, they don't let you drink and shoot, but you can shoot then drink! And the food is worth it. Carne Asada bowl is my go to... but the wings are a great way to start. Plenty of beers on tap and friendly service too!!!

I came in over the weekend and Grayson (the manager) greeted me at the bar. The ammo burger was one of the best I’ve had. Service was friendly and accommodating. This is definitely a spot I’m coming back to.

Brought my wife on a date here. Both bartenders did great with keeping us going with drinks. Food was great and the total atmosphere was excellent. Will be back!

Long story short, really good food, really slow and poor service and minimal a/c.
Longer version:
Let's start with the good, table of four had mozzarella sticks, two ammo burgers with fries, nachos, and carne asada fries, when the food finally came out, it was definitely above average bar fare with plenty of TVs for sports. I would consider putting it into a regular rotation, IF it weren't for the following.
We came in through the gun range side, which was nice and cool in our Arizona heat. Upon entering the restaurant, it was uncomfortably hot, but we were already there and decided to tough it out (yes I understand it's a glass fishbowl of a building that's getting blasted by AZ sun). It took a few minutes for a waitress to come over, she took our drink order, waters were quick enough, first round of draft beers took 15 minutes to get and one was incorrect, but whatever, it's cold and it's a beer, we'll make do. While waiting for our drinks, we did out our food order in. Based on estimate timing of timing, it took 50 minutes to get mozzarella sticks (I walked into the range at 2:30 pm, didn't buy or shoot just looked around for a few min call it 10 minutes then went to the restaurant). I checked my phone when the mozz sticks arrived, it was 3:45, our burgers, nachos, and fries came out another 10 minutes after the mozz sticks. So all in say we arrived at 2:40-2:45, got the appetizer at 3:45, mains at 3:55, it was wayyyy too long. Between all of this we did have a second round of beers and they got them all correct second time around.
I don't understand what took so long, 2:30-4pm is the slow time for an establishment and staffing seemed adequate, a bar tender, two servers, and two cooks I could see for only a couple of tables of people dining and mostly empty bar top.
I had high hopes for this place, but slow service in a hot fish bowl will sway me from going back anytime soon.

A friend recommended this place for its burgers. The food and service was good. Burgers were filling, and fries were very good. There were only two wait staff, and they kept up very well for a busy time of the day. Nicely furnished place. The vibe was more like a hotel bar and grill.
