Food is just okay, it’s just wings so there’s that. Service is the issue. We’ve had issues in the past with WingStop, delivery issues. They partner with DoorDash like many places, but for whatever reason WingStop and DD don’t mix. We placed our online order for delivery at 1750, were told it’d take about an hour, at 1905 (an hour and 10 min later…) we called to check on the order status. WingStop informed us that “DoorDash must’ve picked up the order and not delivered it” this is most likely BS. We have family who delivers for DoorDash in our area and we know that this particular location requires dashers to sign your pickup order out. WingStop offered to make our order “right away” but seriously, who wants to wait around for ANOTHER hour for cold wings to maybe be delivered. If you’re really determined to have wings go in and wait in the restaurant. As a reminder this is not the first time we had this issue with this location. Just the final straw. Peace out WingStop.

Sauce on the boneless wings (hot) is horrible. Not sure what that is. It's running (like oil) or something. No flavor or spice to it. Waited probably 10-15 minutes for food even though there was only maybe 2 people in the store and the wings were cold. Like no heat to them at all. Fries were hot and good.
If you want to pay more for the same quality and taste you'd get from the precooked frozen wings you buy at grocery store...this is the place for you.
You want extra crispy- too bad you'll get mushy meat.
You want flavorful - too bad you'll get unrecognizable flavors.
Seriously its exactly the same as grocery store frozen ones I cook when im lazy and forget how awful they are.

Did you pick up the employees from the daycare? I’m asking about the order — she’s in there playing games. You said it would take 3–5 minutes, but I’ve been waiting 15. This is honestly a joke.

I went in today and there was only one kid working the whole thing. His name is lonzo and he was doing an amazing for it being just him. The people in charge need to get it together and put more people on shift because it’s not fair to him. He was working so hard especially since it was so busy.
I walk in for my pick up order the 40 year old lady didn’t even want to greet me instead she gossips with her 20 years old blonde coworker for 2 min instead of helping me out the establishment is ran like a highschool. Hire better employees. And maybe the rating would be hiring.

Expensive menu, but the store is not taken care of. Unhealthy food. Dirty tables, and soda machine doesn't even have CO2. Ok, but we paid for soda. It is just not worth the money.

Staff is curt the last few times I've been in. Last time I went to pick up my call in order, I stood waiting to be helped at the counter for at least 9 minutes while staff hung out with other staff making food. This time, I tried calling an order and they don't answer the phone now. Go somewhere else if you're looking for standard service.

The manager and one of the staffers I can’t remember her name but she was so sweet and the manager said when he hired her she was a whisperer. The food is great, nice and hot

When I tell you I ordered my food at home. Got in to the restaurant and could tell that the employees don’t care. Taking everything as a joke. NO GLOVES ARE BEING USED WHILE COOKING AT ALL! Just gross. The crew is honestly just not it. They need structure and real management. The manager looks like he doesn’t care that everyone is acting crazy, not paying attention the people coming in, and so not professional. And obviously doesn’t care about food safety. Also, one of the young employees were eating right on the line. Going back and touching stuff and giving orders out. Then right back to eating. It’s just really unpleasant. I will never be back here again.

Went on my lunch break to try it out, took 10 minutes for them to take my order and over 20 minutes for them to make it. So irritating, I spent my entire break in an extremely loud restaurant with rude service. I had to leave before getting my food to get back to my job. The cashier looked like she hated me for even showing up and spoke to me incredibly rudely. Horrible experience

This Wingstop is a complete joke.
First, my order was messed up by someone named Marcus. When I called, I was told he approved a refund. Cool. But now, I call back and suddenly “no Marcus works here” and nobody can do anything until the GM shows up tomorrow. Real convenient.
Even after all that, I still gave them another chance and ordered an 8-piece. Big mistake. Two wings in—I find a hair in my food. Disgusting.
I call again, and I’m told the assistant manager isn’t there. Then magically, he appears. All he says is “call back tomorrow.” No apology, no accountability, nothing. Meanwhile, I hear employees in the background cursing, yelling, and telling someone to “hang up the phone.” Oh, and still denying Marcus ever existed.
This place is run like a daycare with no supervision. Absolutely no professionalism, no food safety standards, and zero respect for customers. I really hope GM Troy reads this—because this team needs to be replaced, not managed.
