I've been a few times to make sure I wasn't wrong but the wings are always a bit soggy even if you ask for them crispy and majority of the fries are always burnt. Not much flavor for the fries I always have to add salt. Reading the good reviews here and they all look staged? Of the pics look professional don't trust it lol

The service was great, we ordered online and dined in for a fast lunch. The wing sauce just was not to my taste. I had 8 boneless parmesan garlic, which should have a bold, sharp flavor. The flavor of this sauce was overpowered by the artificial butter flavor, not enough garlic or parmesan. This is in comparison to 3 other wing places in the neighborhood.The fries were excellent with lemon pepper, thick and skin-on.

I keep going back to this place because it is the only Wing place in the area, but I wish there was another. When you call your order in, you still end up waiting after you arrive. They seem always over-worked and understaffed so that even the most basic order takes 20 minutes. Also, this whole complex has no data cell phone service, so you can't even look at your phone while you are waiting for your food.

Ordered a mix and match combo for deliver but accidentally only clicked on boneless, I noticed this right away and called to switch half of the wings to bone-in. Manager told me I would have come to the store to pay for the switch even though I already spent the money for a mix and match. When I told the manager this she told me I ordered 10 bonleless wings like that wasn’t the exact reason I was calling for. How does the manager not understand their own menu ?

I am so disappointed. I came in after 40 minutes the app told me it would take 45 minutes and they didnt start the order. I thought that was fine since they were busy so I waited an extra 20 minutes. They literally left my bag on the shelf for over 10 minutes without letting me know it was ready. I told them the name i was picking up for when i walked in and even paid for it there.

Fresh, crispy, tasty wings and the most immaculate store I've ever visited... Well done Manager Pete and staff! Fries were hot and delicious and who doesn't like freshly cut/fried, skin on potatos! I couldn't decide which wings so I ordered 1/2 hickory smoked BBQ and 1/2 lemon pepper... Both excellent but the lemon pepper was a bit salty, ordering just 4 was the perfect amount! Fresh, piping hot wings take time to cook so be patient! Highly recommended!
If you want to wait 30+ mins for a chicken sandwich, 20 boneless wings and a small basket of fries, this place is the place for you! They also cater to online and pick up orders first so you're waiting even longer! There's no refills from what I can tell so i finished my drink while waiting for my food. Just overall a terrible experience and it shouldn't take THIS long for such a small order.

I came here twice and both of those times they forgot half my order! I order an 8 piece drove all the way home to 4 pieces of wings. Not only that but the wings are undercooked . The cashiers are nice but the people in the back are incompetent and seems like they mess up everyone’s orders. Which is disappointing considering how expensive the food is. Will not be going here again

It's a little pricey but it's darn good. My order was ready quickly, the workers were very friendly, and this is definitely one of the cleaner Wingstops that I've been to. Wingstop also has the BEST ranch! My only complaint is that they didn't have any lunch specials, which most other Wingstop locations do.
