Placed an order and as I walked in, I was told it would be ready in 5 minutes. After watching numerous others walk in and grab their food and another 15 min wait, I had to request the status on my food. It was then another 5 mins before I received my food... Do the math and it took entirely too long.

The chicken (2 flavors) were good, but the fries were very salty.

Very disappointed at this location as most do much better.

Do yourself a favor and save your time and money and go else where. Employees just stand around and do nothing meanwhile your order is over 20 minutes late. No wonder this so many one stars reviews. It’s clearly management could care less

We've been to this location a couple of times, and each time is more disappointing. Tonight, we ordered delivery through their app. In the order, was 2 orders of boneless barbeque wings that came completely naked, no sauce. From a quality control perspective, I'm not sure how they sent the order out this way.

When we called to let them know, the only remedy was a refund or for us to come and pick it up. They have no way to issue redelivery because they use doordash. It's really disappointing to spend so much money and not receive the food your order.

Worst Wingstop I’ve ever been to. Messed up my order and took forever to try and help. Literally zero trash cans in the whole building and soda machine was broken. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love the hot honey rub and was happy when it became a permanent menu option. Unfortunately it's a crap shoot as to if you get the right amount of wings/tenders in your order and the fries are never good, always cold and soggy. Just not worth the hassle of putting up with the customer service or lack of it. Too bad. The hot honey rub is amazing.

Wow. 2.8 is pretty unfair. Not at all accurate.I ordered online and waited 5 minutes after arriving to get my order. I feel like everyone is so jaded by the other reviews they set unrealistic expectations. For a Friday night, it was busy and 5 minutes is not bad for waiting. I arrived on time. Service was good too. Register guy was friendly enough and the manager was nice as well.Wings were a 5. The honey hot rub is my new favorite. Soo good. Fries were a little bit overdone but still good. Dr pepper is good here, good ratio.P.S. Front door is broken. Go around the right side to the patio door.
