I ordered wings only. Got home with my order. Didn’t want the combo yet there were fries in my bag and they charged me for them. Ordered garlic Parmesan WELL sauced. They were sooooo dry. Ordered 2 ranches got 1. It was like the young lady who took my order didn’t even hear me. I threw it all out. I won’t be back.

Every time I order from this location, my order takes at least 25 minutes longer than the estimated wait time given online. Usually, they forget sauce or part of the order as well. Won’t be ordering from there again

Awful to say the LEAST. Fries were totally burnt and tasted terrible looks like they shriveled up and died. Messed up our order and had to send it back because they gave us spicy hot when we asked for bbq. Didn’t even give us the right sauce the second time around either. We ended up with spicy bbq. Staff were agitated and very rude. Our boneless wings were DROWNING in sauce. Had to keep wiping them off with napkins to even get them edible. Never coming back!

I’ve gone here twice because it’s the closest one first told me and my girlfriend got dirty looks from half the employees and they were very snotty at the counter the second time which was tonight we ordered a 10 pc Cajun corn and the service already took so long around 25 minutes and when we finally got it and went home I look at the corn and it looked questionable looking so I touch the side of it to find out it was freezing cold and wouldn’t be so upset if the time didn’t take almost 30 minutes to get our food, and the tables there as well are so sticky and the service is horrible you get annoyed looks by a bunch of teenagers the second you walk in like jeez I’m so sorry I’m having you do the job YOU applied for. Overall not a good experience at all.

If it wasn't for how good the wings and fries were I would never order food here EVER.
I ordered a 4 Pc with 2 extra tenders when I was 15 minutes out from the store. To avoid waiting
When I got there I was the only customer in the building I went to the counter and they lost yhe order or the ticket etc. The guy behind the counter spend more time trying to figure why it didnt print or where it could have fallen where it went. Instead of taking my order again. After about 5 to 10 minutes they finally decided to address the fact I was standing at the counter with an unfilled order. Long story short I spent 25 minutes waiting for food that was already 10 minutes late. What was really surprising (or not suprising with this socially inept generation) not a single staff member apologized or even thanked me for my patience.
Actually I just grabbed my order. And the kid at the front did apologize. Still substandard service and less than professional

This place had gone downhill the kids that are working here need to be trained on customer service! I hate this is the closest one to me. The “manager” Lindsey was not helpful at all.
I ordered a 8 piece combo bone in half lemon pepper half plain and I got boneless. I got all the way home to discover this so I called and the young lady that answered the phone wasn’t really listening and told me that they would work on it now so after my drive back I get there and the order was not re made and they made me pay for a 10 pieces which was a additional cost of $13😡😡😡😡 I paid because it’s now 8:30pm and I needed to eat and feed my other daughter and I didn’t want to be a Karen. Now I have to go home and eat cold fries. I spent $52 on my total order with an additional $13😡😡😡😡😡

Messed up my order, had 25 original hot and 25 mango habanero. 15 were missing from the mango, called to see if I get a refund said they couldn’t do that, they said I had to go back so they could redo my order. Got the 15 wings but they are all burnt.

Very disappointed, my experience here. The staff were not very friendly and had horrible customer service. I waited for almost 25 minutes and no updates on my food and there was no communication as to the time it was taking. I had to ask for a refund and leave and was not able to get any food. They didn’t apologize or say anything. They just gave me my money and we’re very disrespectful

I came in a few days ago and there was a girl named Laci that helped me and she left an amazing impression on me, I just had to leave a review. She greeted me as soon I walked in the door and was SO sweet. She also made my food QUICKLY and it was delicious.
