Food was literally cold and soggy
Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.
If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration
Honestly whatever yall have going on should be figured out, we waited over 25 minutes for a 5pc tender combo. The whole time this girl in the kitchen was pissy and arguing with the other staff we could all hear it. It gets to a point where you should just be mature and handle it off shift especially when it’s affecting your wait times that much. Thank you too the kind front of the house female and male that were taking orders, they seemed like the only two people on top of it.

Wings are always tiny and fries are dry. Wings could be seasoned more. Definitely not worth the money or the long wait times.

I like the food, the problem is that THEY MESS UP MY DELIVERY ORDER EVERY OTHER TIME!! Multiple times I haven't recieved a drink and been given both drums and flats AFTER PAYING EXTRA FOR FLATS ONLY. The most recent time? BOTH HAPPENED. I get it, people make mistakes and you forget something once or twice. I've had issues atleast 5 times over the last year at this location and it gets to a point where something needs to change. This food isn't exactly McDonalds cheap (or atleast how McDonalds used to be) so I would like to get what i pay for. Please and thanks🙄.

I placed a pick up order at 3:05, was told by Wingstop it would be ready max of 20 minutes, I got there at 3:30, it wasn't ready. Proceeded to wait until 3:50. The person before me was not given their sauces they had ordered and paid for so I checked my bag when the order was ready, no sauces, I had to ask too. Lastly, fries were burnt and didn't taste good, got the buffalo, ranch fries and there wasn't much ranch on them either. Also, the honey hot wings were disgusting, they were not sweet hardly at all just tasted like weird seasoning and fake butter.

Really I don’t mind wingstop but they just take so long sometimes it really ruins the whole experience. Ordered ahead and I still ended up sitting in the store for 30 minutes past the suggested pickup time. Only ordered 20 boneless wings nothing complicated
Food is always amazing at most wing stops, but none of the workers are wearing gloves. It’s common sense when cooking/preparing food to have gloves on. ESPECIALLY when serving finger foods to the PUBLIC. Overlooking others reviews, the DM or owner of this location really need to get involved more.
Asian girl working the front tonight was to busy taking care of her boyfriends table that I sat there 20 minutes while my Togo order was sitting on the rack. Get home to ice cold food. Thanks and now I know why this place has so little stars
