When I got to the location it took about 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me in the lobby. There was one other patron in the whole location, so it wasn't that the location was busy. When someone did finally acknowledge me there was no greeting, no sorry for the wait, just here is my order. When I got to the car I saw I was missing a fries and then when I went back in the same thing happened to me, I had to wait another 5 minutes before someone even asked what was wrong and then said I'll get those fries up for you, no so sorry about that or anything like that. Poor service really left a poor taste in my mouth. This is the third time I have had a substandard service at this location. I will most likely not be returning.
Food is always way over seasoned with salt you can't even eat it. cold fries never fresh. bad customer service, workers are rude, always on their phone or too busy messing around. Every time I order online my order is always messed up and they never like to fix it they always say there's no supervisor or manager available. I've been to several different Wingstop and it's all the same. what are they thinking when they hire these kids. Shame on you Wingstop
Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!
I ordered online. App said my food would be ready. I got there, my order was not ready. I looked at the workers, not 1 person in there was wearing gloves.
The wings/fries/celery was all fresh and delicious! The 2 employees there today deserve recognition.
Been waiting for 30 minutes and still have not received my wings…..I am also the only person in here. 4/6/25 at 1:39 pm
It’s busy and they only have two employees working around lunch so I understand a bit of a wait. The girl is making the food and the guy walks and moves like a sloth. He did not check in with me for almost 10 minutes of me being at the front. Then says it’s a 10 minute wait. Time is money in delivery. You waste my time, you waste my money. Either hire more workers or teach them to engage with customers. Adding you to the never pick up from list. There is never an excuse for lack of service. Good luck make sure you have 30 minutes to waste when ordering.

Today I went to the restaurant at the Tooele location. I ordered an order of just a combo to eat in and they never delivered it to me. I waited 58 minutes and until I had to ask them to refund my money. After waiting so long, the manager took a long time to even make the refund. The fries were burnt. They gave preference to online orders. When I arrived there were no people, but waiting 58 minutes for them to give you the food plus 15 minutes to get your money back. I do not recommend it. The place is very poorly managed and has more than 20 employees and the manager standing there looking at everyone without taking action. Ufff, terrible. I saw orders with burnt fries. People complained about the cold food. Waiting so long and the food being cold is no way.
