I ordered a delivery order on the Wingstop app. My order arrived and I noticed I was missing all of my french fries and veggie sticks. I called the restaurant and was put on hold to speak to the manager. I waited on hold for nine minutes. I ended up driving to the restaurant while still on hold once I was in the restaurant. The three employees were in the back talking. After a few minutes, Dan approached the counter. I asked him if he was aware that he had a customer on hold. He told me that his employee had told him that an Uber eats customer had an issue with delivery so that wasn’t his problem. He was just going to leave me on hold, not knowing that I was not an Uber eats customer when I told him that I was missing all of my fries and veggie sticks. He asked me what I expected him to do. I advised him it was my son‘s birthday, and I had children at my house who were hoping for their fries and veggie sticks after a few minutes of going back-and-forth, he happened to look at the bags and realized that one of my bags was still on the shelf. he then told me he was going to remake them for me. Once my fries were remade, the woman handed me the bag, and I asked for my veggie sticks as well. She told me he didn’t tell me no veggie sticks and walked away in the back. The manager told her to also give me my veggie sticks, so she finally brought them out. They offered no apology no resolution. We will not be returning

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

Honestly whatever yall have going on should be figured out, we waited over 25 minutes for a 5pc tender combo. The whole time this girl in the kitchen was pissy and arguing with the other staff we could all hear it. It gets to a point where you should just be mature and handle it off shift especially when it’s affecting your wait times that much. Thank you too the kind front of the house female and male that were taking orders, they seemed like the only two people on top of it.

I like the food, the problem is that THEY MESS UP MY DELIVERY ORDER EVERY OTHER TIME!! Multiple times I haven't recieved a drink and been given both drums and flats AFTER PAYING EXTRA FOR FLATS ONLY. The most recent time? BOTH HAPPENED. I get it, people make mistakes and you forget something once or twice. I've had issues atleast 5 times over the last year at this location and it gets to a point where something needs to change. This food isn't exactly McDonalds cheap (or atleast how McDonalds used to be) so I would like to get what i pay for. Please and thanks🙄.

I placed a pick up order at 3:05, was told by Wingstop it would be ready max of 20 minutes, I got there at 3:30, it wasn't ready. Proceeded to wait until 3:50. The person before me was not given their sauces they had ordered and paid for so I checked my bag when the order was ready, no sauces, I had to ask too. Lastly, fries were burnt and didn't taste good, got the buffalo, ranch fries and there wasn't much ranch on them either. Also, the honey hot wings were disgusting, they were not sweet hardly at all just tasted like weird seasoning and fake butter.
